Normally I would start by reviewing the property. However, I am going to start by reviewing Rachel, the owner of the property in Perth. Rachel was property active before, during and end of our stay. Rachel accommodated our special request in respect of, check in and, checking out times. Rachel, a couple of times during our stay, messaged me with information of things happening locally during our stay. Messaging was not intrusive, in fact, we were very greatful of it. If there was an Airbnb category for a rating above 'super-host', then Rachel would fall within it. Now that I have done extolling the virtues of Rachel, as a host, I will move on to her property. WOW! beautiful, everything we/you could want in a beach front located property. Internally, everything you need for a relaxed stay. The on-site facilities are fantastic. Beautiful outdoor pool gets a thumbs up. Beyond the grounds. WOW again. Beautiful beach and loads to do, and places to eat. What a great time we had. 👍👍👍

Agatha is a wonderful host and her home is sparkling clean and super convenient place to explore the city of Perth from. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend!

Great spot in the Perth hills,everthing we needed for a short stay away.

We had a lovely stay here. We’ve been travelling for 4 months around Australia and this was our favourite place to stay. Check in was quick and easy, and it was helpful that we had a parking space so we could further explore the area. The amenities were helpful for our stay, especially the oven, cooker & washing machine. The bed was comfy and there was little noise from the neighbours. The place is a good value for money considering how close we were to Fremantle and the surrounding area. The distance was a nice and pretty easy walk to Fremantle where we enjoyed the area and the markets. We wanted to book again after our road trip but unfortunately it was already booked. Gillian & Claire answered any queries we had swiftly and promptly, including coming over the next day to help us with the oven as we couldn’t get it to work. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Fremantle and wish we could have stayed longer.

Our second stay at Kath's place in Falcon. Its 's a great place, has everything you need for a seaside holiday. Nice backyard with lawn, swings and a trampoline, games in the cupboard and all the kitchen bits and pieces you need. Comfy beds, will likely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay here! Lovely space with everything we needed. Carmen was super friendly and loved seeing the dogs.

A wheelchair-friendly stay. Clean and tidy. It’s surprising that there is a massage function for the bed, but the bed is a bit too soft. Overall, it’s a peaceful stay. Thanks, Amanda! 🙏

Excellent house. It is bigger than it looks in The photos. Kitchen and pantry are very well stocked. 3 bathrooms. Lots of games walking distance to beach, pub, shops and restaurants Really good quality linen. Decent coffee machine We had a great time will 11 of us - 3 generations

This was our first christmas by our self with our little dog, we had the most wonderful time the views where to die for absolutely wonderful .loved every minute of our stay will definitely go back again the hosts where so wonderful and friendly

An excellent place to stay while visiting family in the neighbouring suburb. Comfortable beds and a short walk to the excellent local farmers market on Saturdays.

We had a fantastic stay at Serenity on the Terrace. It provided everything we needed for a family of 6. Was in a great location, walking distance to Mandurah Forshore, town beach and Dolphin Quay where we spent a lot of time as a family. We would definitely stay again!

We had a magical stay. This home was right out of a fairytale.

We had an awesome time at Trish’s little yellow house. The place is really spacious and clean and has everything you need. Everything has been really well considered! It feels very private and the little touches Trish left for us truly elevated our stay. We loved our welcome gift, the eggs and granola, butter and cheese left for us. Trish was friendly and lovely to interact with and we can’t wait to be back!

Rami's appartment was a great place to relax in South Perth. with great views over to Perth. Great cafe's and restaurants were easily reached by walking. Very much recomend this appartment for stays in Perth.

Evelyn made us very welcome. Apartment was great , Evelyn has thought of everything available- great. Advised us of places to visit. Highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again

Had the best stay at Deborah’s lovely house in Fremantle. My husband and I had our private vows in the garden and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our bridal party to get ready. She communicated promptly and made us feel very welcome!

Perfectly located to explore cottlesloe beaches, Fremantle, Rottnest Island or a trip into Perth city. Has everything you need, even a pool with some shade in the days it’s too hot at the beach. Also supermarket and cafes nearby - really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful, really nice and very hospitable hosts. We felt right at home in the beautiful private space and gorgeous gardens. Perth hills never disappoint not only due to its beauty, but also the kind and friendly people. Sally and her husband are wonderful people whose home is set in a wonderful picturesque landscaped garden. We wished we could have stayed a bit longer to get to know them more. Will definitely be back when next we’re in the hills on a holiday.

I had a great time at Rachel’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was peaceful yet close to attractions. Rachel and her family were friendly and responsive. I’d highly recommend it!
