Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rock Hall

We've had the pleasure of staying with LaTasha twice in the last couple of weeks, and each visit has been great. Her kindness make every stay comfortable. Communication with her is always smooth and prompt, making us feel welcome and well-informed. The amenities provided, especially in the kitchen, were appreciated and added an extra touch of convenience to our stay.

The place was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect to get to everything we needed and wanted to do. We were able to check in a little bit early, which was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Such a cute place. Cozy, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous views of the water. Lots to do nearby. The steps up to the bedrooms are steep and there isn't a handrail - something to consider but we managed fine. Love that there was parking for our vehicles. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Great location. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to everything you need. Grocery store, coffee shop, pickleball courts, ice cream and so much more.

Jermaine’s place was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do no justice, the area is quiet, and neighbors are very friendly. The home was very clean . Anytime I visit Baltimore, I’m definitely checking to see if his place is available. My family and myself felt very safe during our stay.

This house exceeded our expectations. This is one of the rare times when the rental looks even better in person than in the pictures. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. It was cozy for hanging out and the kitchen well appointed. The location is great too. It was easy to find and park there. There are lots of businesses within walking distance and a water-side park nearby (~ 3/4 mile) for morning walks. It wasn't too far to Elk Neck State Park for a beautiful hike. We were in the area for Thanksgiving, but are already discussing the possibility of coming back in spring or summer to explore more of the area. Last, the hosts were quickly responsive when we communicated a need.

By far the most beautiful place we have stayed at. The home & grounds were stunning! Everything you could want in a home and then some. Laura was very responsive and really made our stay over the top. If you want the best spot in Annapolis, look no further than Laura’s place.

This was my second time staying at Dawn's place, and it's definitely where I plan on staying anytime I visit Baltimore in the future. Checking in was seamless, Dawn was proactive in communicating with me, and the place was just as spacious and clean as I remembered. I needed to reach out to Dawn for help once during the stay, and unsurprisingly, she was quick to respond and solve the issue. Not only is the place itself great, but the neighborhood is wonderful for walking and running, and you're only blocks away from a beautiful park and the waterfront. This place is a gem, Dawn is an incredibly kind/generous host, and I can't recommend it enough.

My husband and I have stayed here 5 times and every time is a treat! The personalized message on the door, the warm welcoming kitchen (I love to cook!) with everything to feel at home, the cozy living room to relax and enjoy historic books and art, and the warm bedroom and furniture. This time we were attending my mother-in-law's funeral so we needed a place where we could withdraw from the business of all activities and family. I truly love this place and it's definitely worth the price. A must try! Thanks Nana and Jim!

Anne was very hospitable and responsive. Beautiful studio where my wife and I spent a portion of our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Great ambience - couldn’t have asked for anything better!

My wife and I have been going to Annapolis for years, usually several time a year, and staying downtown. Never again. We love Eastport and there is no better location to enjoy the local fare. Everything you could want is a nice, short walk away. As for the Bird's Nest, we couldn't have asked for a better space. Very cool decor, neat little patio in the trees, and the lighted yard and walkway added a little something special. We hope to return soon!

Very nice! Great location within walking distance of many places. Very quaint part of town and the alleys and little park area was so neat. Enjoy it greatly. Just perfect all around.

I had a fantastic stay at Kathleen and Wayne’s place! The property was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. It was in a perfect and safe location. Kathleen and Wayne were super responsive and thoughtful, making the stay even more enjoyable. We booked the property consecutively and the hosts were kind enough to waive off the cleaning charges for one of the bookings. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

We love staying at Ellen’s when we visit Annapolis. It is convenient to downtown and other places of interest.

Lovely little spot with great sunlight! Small but good for one person. Neighborhood has a few cute bars and food nearby. Friendly door staff there 24/7.

This is the most respectful and helpful air bnb host I ever came across . Me and my kids been here for a week now and it’s the best stay . It was clean and fully stocked with essential upon our arrival and he always responded quick if I needed him ! Please book with him when you get the chance

Very convenient and perfect for USNA events. Parking was easy. Recommend you stay if you have 4-5 people.

Jared's place is well positioned at a 10mins walk to the harbour but close to restaurants on Eastport too. Great location on the water near boats and view of wonderful spa creek. A cool appartment too. Jared is extremely responsive to any questions and communicates very well. A 5 star stay for sure, coming back!

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.

Our Annapolis trip was wonderful. My daughter lives in DC and my wife is from Baltimore. Annapolis was a great stay because it provided us easy access to both places while also having a lot to do in town. David’s place was cozy, conveniently located, and perfect for us! The noon check out was great too. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom heater was an awesome find (we are from Florida so the mornings were chilly). It was a beautiful location and we had a great time! Thank you for sharing your place with us and allowing us to explore Annapolis while visiting family!

My spouse and I just moved to the area. The condo was great and exactly what we needed as we looked for permanent housing!! Overall, the place was clean and tidy. When we arrived there were some strange stains in the carpet, but Kierstin responded away and got it cleaned. A few of the dishes and pots were on the verge of breaking and, again, Kierstin responded right away and had new dishes and pots sent to the condo. The place is conveniently located with easy access to 695 as well as some good restaurants. For a 6 week stay, this place was great!
