Spacious, modern accommodation with fully equipped kitchen and air conditioner in the living room. The large pool was the highlight. Tania was warm, accommodating and had great tips for us. Closed grounds very convenient for our dog.

A superb stay with Prune and Matthieu, which started before our arrival with friendly and always responsive exchanges with our hosts, who helped us prepare for our arrival. The directions (parking in particular) were very clear and we found it without difficulty. Prune and Matthieu's house is beautiful and full of charm, ideally located in Livron. With 3 couples with small children, we were able to enjoy the space both inside and outside with 3 levels (the 2 terraces then the huge garden very pleasant with the pool). The location of the house in Livron is ideal for strolling, and having a large comfortable living space while staying in the middle of the tiny charming alleys is quite amazing! We would love to come back and spend a few days in your little Eden. Thank you very much and look forward to it:)

When we arrived late in the dark and in strong winds, Ghislane immediately welcomed us and showed us the beautiful cottage. In general, the communication with her always worked very well. Everything worked out in the accommodation: lovingly furnished and everything very functional. Special pluses were the fireplace, the playground, the pony to bar and, of course, the pool. We will be happy to come back!

Small house in a very nice cottage village, the pool and Clim are very nice and the hosts are very available without being oppressive. I recommend it!

Everything as described! Very well equipped kitchen and house in general, enjoyable pool and great squash room. The layout is very convenient for multiple families with two distinct wings to the house.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. Everything is very well renovated inside and outside of the building. Lots of shops or activities nearby. Small downside, unmaintained garden, the children were not able to enjoy it... but this is really the only small weak point.

Nothing to say! Very nice place, very clean, one of the best I've taken on Airbnb, if not the best! The only downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but that absolutely does not call into question the quality of the accommodation. Parking space is a real plus! I would highly recommend it!

A great place to go to a concert at the Cigaliere theater or to take a break on a slightly long journey. 5 min from the highway exit, 5 min to an important shopping area brief perfect . A very pleasant place.

We had a great time at William's cottage. The apartment is very well located and very pleasant. William is a very welcoming host and communication with him is very fluid. We recommend this gite.

I had already been to this listing in 2022, so I didn't choose it by chance. The apartment is very well located, it allows you to do a lot of things on foot, and the small streets are nice to do (close to the rock) Lots of parking nearby, a very good little restaurant at the foot of the apartment Le Petit Taillade. Being on Pierrelatte, we are close to Montélimar but also to Avignon, Bollène, easy to find and especially to get out. Laurent is attentive and he takes into account feedback to improve so do not hesitate to tell him your feedback to find solutions with him.
