This is one of the best places to stay in Seychelles, close to everything on the whole island. A little paradise and everything is there at Eden Island: some amazing beaches, most of the good restaurants are on Eden island, a supermarket with an underground parking. Emil did great pre communication, with the SEBS and Julia was one-call away, she welcomed us when we arrived, gave very clear instructions and information, helped us with laundry pods and so on. The place of Julia and Emil was amazing, very comfy bed, fan, a/c, spacious bathroom, nice warm shower, balcony with a view, we enjoyed driving the buggy car on the island. It's really well located on Eden island, super close to a ' private beach ', close to the gym and the sports field, easy to get to the parking complex where our rental car was parked, to the Eden Plaza (supermarket and stores) and the restaurants. And only 10 minutes away from the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Julia and Emil.

We love Eden Island and have stayed at or two properties. What we liked about David’s place was that it gives you a bit more space than the 2 bed, with its lovely wrap around balcony. Thank you!

We stated with two kids at Ronan’s house for 5 days and enjoyed every moment of it. House was very peaceful, beaches nearby were great. Kids enjoyef incredibly travelling with buggy :) Ronan was very helpful and supported us whatever we needed - a great host No doubt this place will be our choice again if we come to Seychelles and recommended to everyone!

Beautiful and practical appartment and location. Responsive and helpful, friendly host who was easy to communicate with. Eden island was very relaxing and Clubhouse restaurant had a very good and affordable breakfast/lunch, great amenities and peaceful beaches.

We had a great stay at the apartment. There is everything you need, from the balcony you have a great view of the sea and a parking space is also available. Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space.

Lyra is a very helpful and cordially person. She picked us up at the airport, the flight was very early. Her breakfast was very good with fresh bananas from the garden. And she even took us by car to our next Location. It was very nice and familiar to stay at her house. Thank you very much, Lyra!

A great property with stunning views of the surrounding beaches. Not easy to access but the instructions for finding the hotel are very clear (if you drive on the island, prefer an automatic to access it, the roads are very steep). The staff was very friendly and very helpful and even allowed us to delay a little the time of our check-out to allow us to organize ourselves well for the return to France. You will be welcomed like kings with this staff. Breakfast included in the price and really very good and very hearty! Small negative point about the presence of small insects in some places of the hotel that could inconvenience some people (which was not our case, especially since these insects were very quickly cleaned). So we highly recommend this hotel for future guests, you will not be disappointed!
