Great location and easy access to sites and restaurants! The price was very affordable!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful!

This condo has a great location. We walked to Germantown for restaurants and breweries. We were also able to walk to downtown, in the daylight. We like drip coffee and there was not a drip coffee maker in the unit. I asked Shirley if there was one in there that maybe I wasn't seeing. She said there wasn't so she had one delivered that 1st evening! That was very much appreciated! We would stay there again

Great Airbnb. Looks closer to downtown than it is. Not safe to walk at night due to homelessness in area however uber and Lyft available. Roomy home, bunk beds are ok for kids or small adults but very squeaky. Could have used more towels. Overall would stay again. Very responsive host.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Central to everything and lots to do. Place was clean and beds were comfy. We would love to come back again.

The check in and checkout was seamless with the locking pad on the door. We saved so much money by walking everywhere (plus we got our steps in!) Nice places for brunch and other meals close by. The apartment itself was exactly as described and we loved how cozy our stay was. We will be returning in the future for sure!

The location and view of the Cumberland River was awesome! Less than a mile from downtown where everything is. Kimberly was a great host with a fast response when I had questions. When we are in Nashville again, we will look for her place first!! Great weekend and the Vikings won!

Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

Kailani was so responsive and helpful along the way. The house was just as described, and was just what we were looking for. We loved the lake and eating dinner under the lights out back!

We were in town with several elderly family members for our daughter's wedding. The event happened to coincide with the arrival of Hurricane Hélène, which had everyone on edge not only for the wedding, but for the arrival of all of our out of town guests. Lissa's home was perfect for a central gathering space for our family, not only because it was perfectly appointed, but because it was only a few miles from the wedding venue. The three living rooms gave everyone a place to escape from each other as tensions rose, yet gave everyone a place to come together for meals and conversation. We were able to use the dryer for wet clothes, as we could not anticipate just how wet we would all get running around in the days before the wedding. the location was also close to Mt. Juliet, which made it easier for everyone to participate in pre-wedding festivities! We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Loved the open kitchen and the area. Absolutely breathe taking. Host were very responsive and informative. Definitely would stay again.

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

Peaceful place with a fenced yard for my two fur babies. Beyond the fence was a short little walk to the river. The house was clean. It was homey and so inviting from the second I walked in the door. The coffee bar is amazing, too. Dawn and her co-host were always readily available and helped me with a second night at a discounted rate. I loved her home and will surely check to see if it's available the next time I pass through TN. Thank you Dawn!

This place was absolutely perfect for my weekend in nashville !!! the place was in a nice private area how I like it had everything I needed ....what was the best part of my trip there outside cat stayed in my room for hours just cuddling with me she was sooo sweet would definitely come back again to stay longer

Great spot close to Broadway. We felt comfortable walking day and night but at night we definitely noticed a change in who was on the street. You may want to uber.

We had a great visit in Nashville and enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect and very clean. We loved that it was within walking distance to downtown and Broadway but tucked away out of the bustle. It was quiet and private. Parking was easy and the complex was well kept and quiet. Construction was currently happening across the street and could be heard but was not a problem. We enjoyed the river view from the balcony. Everything was spotless, comfortable and well-kept. We would gladly visit again!

Great home to host about 8 people.. the location is accessible to broadway and the downtown area.. Short walk or a shorter uber ride.... The home itself is amazing with amazing decor and good appliances. Scarlett has been always accessible and provided on time support

Brittany's place was exactly as described and made for a great stay. Easy check-in and good location, as Broadway is within walking distance (or a short/cheap Uber ride away) and also close to some great restaurants in Germantown. Kitchen was stocked with water bottles and snacks and the bathroom had all the toiletries you could need.

This was our first time in Nashville and Debbie and Bill’s place was the perfect place to stay. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the pictures and Bill and Debbie gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Most things were within a walkable distance and there was a great choice of restaurants nearby. If we go back to Nashville this would be where we would want to stay.
