Fantastic spot! Our first time to Carbondale, and this dropped us right next to Main St with easy access to all the fun things we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Easy check in at the front desk. We’ve stayed here before (through hotel). Joshua made it all easy for us. Overall great trip!

The Shred Nest is a perfect place to relax after a day of play in the amazing Roaring Fork Valley. Everything you need is included in the space which is thoughtfully arranged, Cecilia makes great use of the cozy rooms, perfect for two adults to escape the city.

The perfect place to stay for our ski trip in a scenic and peaceful surrounding. The place was very clean and just as described. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The only small and I mean small complaint I would have about the entire place. Is that the heater/furnace was very loud when it turned on. If you are a very light sleeper, I don’t know if I would recommend this place. Otherwise I think it was an amazing place and better than what the pictures show.

Jimmie is a great host. He responds quickly and was able to accommodate us with kitchen items; bigger pot and a can opener. The home is very clean, warm and cozy. Water pressure is simply amazing!!! We saw a family of deer just napping across the street! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Erins place. The condo was very nice and conveniently located for skiing.

We enjoyed our stay in Jeff's Condo in Avon. The parking garage is convenient with an elevator and all instructions on how to get into the garage and unit were clear and easy to understand. The unit was very clean and exactly as the pictures had shown. The kitchen was very well equipped, even had some spices. The washer and dryer were in good working order and the condo was very spacious. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the location of the condo.

The Carbondale perch was a great home base for a couple days skiing. It was just as described in the picture, very clean, and nicely decorated. Wesley had great communication. The beds were comfortable. Thanks for hosting us.

Such a beautiful place right on the river. It is spacious and very well appointed. Although it is a basement unit, the views and sound of nature right outside make it feel like you're in your own place. Will be back again soon!

Fantastic stay in Basalt. We didn’t want the bustle and big ticket price of Aspen. This was a perfect base camp for our guys ski trip. Would gladly stay again. Town is much more laid back than Aspen. There’s a little walkway so you’re half a block from the main drag of basalt. 7-10 min walk to extensive bus system. We had a buddy drive up a vehicle, but you could easily forgo a rental vehicle and bus to Aspen ski resorts.

Neal's place was a super convenient location in relation to Aspen Highlands and to town. Although you enter through the garage, it's convenient and secure. Once inside, you'll be wowed by how clean, roomy, tasteful, and comfortable the unit is. Although there is a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, dont forget to bring your own paperware (plates/paper towels/cups) and utensils if you plan on using the kitchen as those were not provided. Overall, great stay and I'd come back anytime!

Absolutely phenomenal stay! The host was consistently amazing—super responsive, communicative, and made everything smooth from start to finish. The place itself was pristine, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better). It truly exceeded all expectations. I honestly can’t imagine coming back to Aspen and staying anywhere else. One of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had—highly recommend! Our month stay at Becca’s Riverwalk condo was everything we dreamed it would be. We felt right at home, a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, baths, linens, tv’s, and the deck that looks out to the river. We loved it. Popular restaurants, grocery, and shops just steps away. Becca responded quickly to all our questions and she was super friendly and efficient. We hope to in the near future!

Betty was an excellent communicator. Condo was clean and fully stocked with all the extras you need in the kitchen which is so convenient especially when traveling by air.

Wonderful stay! Super clean, very comfy beds, pillows and linens. High end, quality everything. Margot was super responsive and friendly. Great location super close to the lift. The snow was melted by time we arrived so we were unable to ski in/out but it was just a short walk across the bridge to the Assay Hill lift. It is a short walk to Snowmass Village if you want to stretch your legs. There is a shuttle stop right outside the building but we opted to walk down to the main road stop (Brush Creek/Faraway Rd) to catch the buses to Aspen, Highlands and Buttermilk. It made for less wait time. Highly recommend a stay here!

Great location. We never used our car once we got there. The free shuttle was fabulous they dropped us off right at the gondola at Ajax and picked us up, we walked the 3 blocks each night to dinner in town which was fabulous. Bathtub was nice and big with plenty of hot water and my husband enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. Bed was comfy. Thanks Daniel!

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

This was a phenomenal vacation rental. Elsa was extremely friendly and accommodating. The house was extremely clean and enough space for us all. At first the fireplace was not working as it should and no questions asked the host immediately came and reset it. The hot tub looked amazing although we did not use it. There were so many amenities that made our trip carefree and easy. The fenced in yard made the vacation so nice to bring the fur member of the family. I will recommend this place to anyone looking at Leadville for vacations as well as this will be my first check for reservations for future trips.
