Amy's place was the perfect stopover for our family. The luxury details in the kitchen in bathroom were awesome! Very nicely laid out place, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. Great host. Thank you for everything!

An amazing place with an amazing view. Tim communicated from day 1 and was there if needed. Home had plenty of amenities that made you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again if possible.

Angela went beyond all needs , everything is there!!!!! games for kids , craft, games for adults, hot chocolate corner , pet toys blankets ,etc etc... and the most appreciated , everything is so clean, which i really appreciated . they were so friendly also we had a great time at their place , and i could not thanks enough to them for sharing it with us !! can not wait to go back in another season thanks again!! This is a GREAT place for families or groups. Especially those who are active. Lots of room to move around. Appears that the owners are constantly reinvesting and keeping adding to the property and what it offers. Seeing eagles daily was a treat. While we were off peak season, the area is well maintained and worked for us and our extended family coming from multiple locations. This home and location is highly recommended!

David and Claire were amazing host, communication is amazing, made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend, will definitely stay with them again when coming back into town.

Our stay at Mike & Samantha’s place was nice! The house looked just like it did in the pictures online…cute, cozy, & clean. The neighborhood was very quiet & felt super safe. The kitchen was well stocked and had extras for coffee, which was much appreciated; the bathrooms also had shampoo & conditioner, which is nice to not have to travel with! I have to say, though, that my favorite part was the fireplace!! We watched movies in the den each night, while the fireplace was going. It was so nice! Thank you, Samantha & Mike, for letting us stay at your cute & cozy place!

We loved the house and would definitely stay again. The host was responsive, gave clear instructions and was friendly. The house was bigger than anticipated. Very clean. Nice outside space (front and back). Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. The Christmas tree and decorations were a nice touch. The location worked great for us. Our boys went to Windrock every day and had an easy commute. It’s close to groceries and restaurants. We felt very much at home.

We had a fantastic stay at this large and spacious home! The property is perfect for families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. The amenities were excellent – everything we needed was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and entertainment options like a pool table and a cozy living area. The outdoor space was also a highlight, with a beautiful deck and views of Watts Bar Lake, the marina and restaurant. While the house is a bit outdated in terms of decor and style, it didn't impact our overall experience. Everything was clean and functional, and the charm of the home made it feel comfortable and welcoming. If you're looking for a place with lots of space and great amenities, this is a fantastic choice!"

The Badger Inn was Great!!! Located on Watts Bar Lake in Kingston with Amazing Views and located close to I-40. Well stocked with anything you need plus extras. The interior of the condo felt fresh and well thought out. Great little touches in each room. It had everything we needed. Rhonda was very responsive as a host and answered any questions we had quickly. We'd definitely rent her place again and recommend it to anyone. Thank You So Much Rhonda!!!!!

Comfortable homey atmosphere and beautiful country location.

We traveled to TN from Cleveland, OH for a family wedding. We've had family in the area for decades, so the area was already familiar. The apartment was as described. It was exactly what we needed. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. The deck is a nice, comfortable place to enjoy the view of Watts Bar Lake during our downtime. The kitchen was adequately supplied. We didn't need anything, and a couple things we were looking for were borrowed from the unit next door that my brother's family was staying in... and vice versa. We all slept very well during our stay. Our kids, 5 & 2 years old, had never slept in the same room together, and they were very comfortable and slept well in an unfamiliar environment. The trundle bed was perfect for them. We would like to thank our host for our stay and we would gladly stay here again.

Susan was a wonderful hostess for us over the holiday! The space was great for us and our 3 dogs - it felt like staying at a family's house. She made check-in very easy and appreciated the VIP parking spot :) Her communication was superb including around the rooms with helpful notes and guides.

Awesome place. Super clean and very cozy. Easy access with private boat ramp for tournament day. It was absolutely perfect for two anglers with plenty of room for boat and trailer.
