Family-friendly vacation rentals in Road Town

The St. Thomas place was wonderful. Scott was super responsive and it was extremely easy to check in with the resort's 24 hr concierge. Right on the beach, with a pool. Two on-site restaurants and about a five minute walk to the Ritz-Carlton should you want to explore their grounds/restaurants as well. Great spot! Close to Red Hook where you can catch a ferry over to St. John and experience some amazing beaches! All in all- great spot!

Our stay at Lynn's cottage on St John's USVI was absolutely amazing. Getting around on the island can be a challenge (remember to drive on the left!!) you'll want a 4 wheel drive for the steep narrow roads! Lynn has local representatives on the island who met with us and took us directly to the cottage so finding it was a breeze! A quick shout out to Abby who guided us and was available for any needs - The one issue we had was a non working hair dryer that my wife discovered the night before the wedding we were on the island to attend. I texted late Saturday night as we were leaving for dinner, not expecting anything to be done at that point. When we got back after dinner, there was a hair dryer delivered and my wife was able to get ready to attend the wedding the next morning! Thank you Abby! It was a terrific stay in a comfortable, clean, private cottage in paradise!! Would absolutely reserve with Lynn again and recommend to others!

We traveled to St. Thomas for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The unit was comfortable and pristine with a beautiful view. We walked to the adjacent resort for the pool and restaurants. We used the driver, Jeffi, recommended by Keshri and he took great care of us. The condo was close to everything we needed in the East End.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at the Ritz Club - St Thomas. I would highly recommend it!

We are long time St. John visitors but have never stayed at Grande Bay. It was extremely convenient! This stay was bridging a gap until our villa was ready so having the ability to do some laundry and easily walk to dinner and breakfast was a major bonus. Condo was super clean and had all the things we hoped for and more. I’d highly recommend this unit especially if you are looking for a gorgeous view!

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

Linda, is the definition of a super host communicative and reliable. Meritage Cottage Is just out of Cruze Bay very easy to access and a great view. Plus her local manager Abby is without any doubt the best ever.

That was a great stay, nice views, and very close to beach. Note that it is a murphy bed / pull down bed.

This place was awesome. Beautiful views of Cruz Bay and the surrounding islands (for some reason they don’t have any pics of the views in the posting, which they should update!). Very short 5 min drive to the grocery store and all the restaurants and bars downtown. Very short drive to all the incredible north shore beaches. Pool is pretty small but the views from the pool area were great.

We loved this location and Airbnb so much we are certain we will return. It is a dream location that fits everything we wanted. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful. I very highly recommend this Airbnb. Top rating.

Priceless! beautifully maintained place. Comfortable furniture, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. *My favorite furniture were the living room couches. A little tricky to climb up the driveway, but this is St. Thomas and we rented a small car. ( Have to say the Staci’s coaching helped conquer the incline. ) The parking area might seem small, but it is maneuverable. All the areas have nice ceiling fans and portable fans that helped keep the air flowing nicely . The bedrooms also have AC, but we needed to acclimatize so we did not use the AC much. A very very comfortable stay! Thank you Pat and Staci The view is simply priceless.

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! Steven reached out to us at every step of the process and Jovanna was very helpful and provided very clear instructions on where the Airbnb was located. We were able to catch an earlier flight and Jovanna was willing to accommodate an earlier check-in that was originally planned. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay! The island was experiencing some electrical outages for a couple of days during our vacation but Jovanna made sure we were informed and had what we needed to get through this rare situation. The home is located within walking distance to all restaurants, shopping and the ferry but also has parking for a jeep or you can always catch a taxi if the walk is too hilly for you. It really was a great place to stay and also a great value for its location. We will definitely rebook here if we ever get the opportunity to return to St. John’s Island!!

This was our second stay at Limeberry House and it certainly won't be our last. Jonathan and Jude are awesome hosts and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The home itself is so unique with the open-air living spaces and the private, spacious bedrooms. We spent the majority of our stay either at the pool or right down the road at Smugglers Cove with a drink in hand from Nigel's Bar. We enjoyed delicious meals at De Coal Pot and the Sugar Mill Hotel Beach bar which are close by. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for grilling out or whipping up breakfast before snorkeling. Jonathan's House Manual includes a ton of great information about the home and the surrounding area, so I highly recommend reviewing that information if it's your first time visiting. Beautiful property. Loved the view! We spent 4 days on the property. Getting there: it’s hard because of the roads going up the hill. Lots of zigs zags, can get slippery when it rains. The price you pay to get the view. Property: very spacious home with four private bedrooms. The main living room is separate from all the rooms. Two rooms are one side of the property. Two on the other. Lots of decks to relax, play and cook. We never used pool but wish it had lights to use at night. The play area had games and ping pong table but they were moldy and looked outdated. As the description states, use LOTS of bug spray. They’re biting you and you won’t even know it. Overall, great property . Responsiveness: this is where the host was superb. We needed a car rental and he was able to get in touch with rental agency and have someone wait for us. He was able to help us order food because we didn’t have cell service. Very attentive and would reply fast. Great quiet stay that our fam enjoyed

We enjoyed five days at this beautiful villa. The host was super responsive from even before we were fully booked with some questions that we had. The house was just as described. The view was stunning. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to feel at home and to be able to cook our meals. The pool was refreshing, after a long day of running around town. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony, which was beyond spacious. We loved our stay in this house. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful yet less than 10 min from the center of all the action down in town. 4.5 stars

that view! it exceeds the pictures! we loved our stay here, from lazing about in the pool/beach, climbing around on the rocks with my daughter, to being just a few steps to the onsite bar/restaurants (fish tacos!), and a close proximity to red hook for the ferries, grocery store and variety of restaurants. the unit is comfy and the host is very responsive and helpful. easy parking for the Jeep we rented to explore. so close to the pool that it's easy to go back and forth to get a snack/whatever. definitely was worth staying on the beach, so we didn't have to drive to get sand in our toes!

David was excellent in all regards, his directions were clear & concise, and the property was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. When we found ourselves in the unit (before 9a and after 4p), we practically lived on the large balcony overlooking the water...it was screened in which made it bug-free at all hours of the day. The property was also well-appointed with everything we need to cook meals, which we like to do. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was exactly as described. Vey clean. Beautiful view! Beautiful beach. We loved being on the first floor, able to walk right out onto the sand. Spent our mornings with coffee on the patio and evenings with our wine! Lots of beach toys, rafts, snorkel equipment (but we had our own), buckets provided. Lots of spices for cooking (but we didn’t do that). Kitchen essentials all provided. Nice binder with area information. Loved being in Building C also. Not too far from anything. We ate at the Beach Bar and Pizza place a lot. Live music on Sundays from 3-6 which was fun . Went to Sudi’s, up the hill. All very good. Also Duffy’s and Tap and Still in Red Hook. (a quick cab ride). We loved the resort and loved our stay. We definitely hope to be back! Thank you for sharing your condo with us Denise.

The pictures don’t do the place justice. This is a true gem! Tucked away behind Sharkys parking lot, Casa Tua is its own little oasis. A stones throw from the Dolphin Market grocery store, Johnny Lime, Sharkys and Coral Bay. This side of the island is great if you want an easy laid back island vacation, but you’ll probably want a rental car. Can’t say enough great things about this house and the owners. 100% would and probably will stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Lisa's place! The rooms were perfect—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. Lisa was a wonderful host—responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate us when our flight was delayed, even helping us extend our stay at no additional cost. Her generosity and hospitality truly made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend staying here, and we would absolutely book with Lisa again!

Thank you for a GREAT week. The condo was just what I needed and perfect! Everything I needed was there and I could not be more grateful. The shower was amazing, and I had the most amazing sleep! It really felt like home. I will be booking again soon!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Dave’s condo. Being right on the beach was amazing. Being able to sit outside every morning and night to enjoy the views was nice. The condo had all the amenities needed. There was also a battery-operated lantern for the two nights we had rolling blackouts. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was upgraded and spacious. We are already researching going back!

Catherine goes above and beyond! She is incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. I cannot express how grateful we were to have all of the stress taken out of the "unknown" of our first visit to St. John. The Villa is gorgeous, with an amazing view. We especially enjoyed the stargazing in the evening. This was the peace that we were looking for and feel so fortunate that we found it. If we could come back tomorrow, we would!
