I had an incredible 6-month stay at this luxury basement studio in the King Fahd area. The host was exceptional—always pleasant, warm, and accommodating. Their constant and timely support truly stood out, including lending an extra bed when my mother came to visit. The studio was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to feel at home. The neighborhood is fantastic, with great malls, shops, and restaurants nearby. The area felt very safe, and everything I needed was easily accessible. The host went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, even offering helpful local tips and recommendations. The studio provided excellent privacy and a quiet environment, perfect for both work and relaxation. This place didn’t just feel like a rental; it became my home in Riyadh. I give the highest rating and would highly recommend it to anyone! I would always choose Rakan's place for all my Riyadh visits 💫 Thank you

Great and peaceful stay in an good locality, easy drive to the Airport nearby Well furnished and beautiful flat. Mr. Saleh was very supportive and responsive for any queries as such. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and looking forward to visit the place again.
