Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Riyadh Principality

We were a family of 6 (incl 1 child & 1 senior) from Malaysia that stayed here for 4 nights in January. Really appreciate that the apartment building had an elevator. The house was perfect, very cosy with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & 3 living rooms. All equipment functioning well; beds & toilets are in very good condition. The location is a bit far from the city, so it is suitable for a quiet stay with the family. No problems getting a Careem ride though. The host Abdullah is very responsive on any queries. Good job.

Sahihah is a comfortable and comfortable accommodation that is available for families and the area is comfortable. Everything around you, God willing, every time I visit Riyadh with them, God willing.

I like it in the place that it is clean and the pictures are identical to reality and clear to care about it

Easy check in, responsive host, clean & tidy living room & bedroom, large patio & kitchen, good wifi & google tv. All ACs cold, appliances works great. Toilet almost below shower, should have partition, bathroom floor is wet because of this & become slippery.

Faisal’s place was great! Excellent communication with him and we had a smooth stay. Location was fine for us as we had a car! I would note that it was freezing in the night as there is no heating system so do take that in mind. In the summer months it’ll be lovely. All in all the apartment is nice and spacious and we really enjoyed it. 😊

However, the housing is a masterpiece of art and its price is less than its right if Muhammad, the owner of the property, is welcome

beautiful apartment, near riyadh golf club, was perfect for the week. good wifi, shower etc. Amer was very helpful and very responsive with clear instructions for checking in

One of the best places i have ever visited. The place is very nice from inside and spacious with a very nice exposed brick wall. I would definitely revisit it when i come back to riyadh.

I swear by God that it is the best dwelling in Riyadh. Cleanliness and taste. Everything is literally new and the slice of the apartment. The first thing that we entered was so beautiful and quiet and the beautiful balcony that the air conditioner needs to dismantle the balcony and the hoah. I strongly advise you, this and the brother is the top of the house. Mashallah❤️
