Vacation rentals with beach access in Riwaka

What a lovely little spot. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, with lots of local restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The apartment itself was a good size and was stocked with everything we needed while we settled in. We would have happily stayed longer if we could.

Place was exactly how described! Perfect location, 2 minute walk to the beach and a quiet area away from the busy area of town. Highly recommend. Loved our stay

I’ve stayed in many air b and b,s over the years and I can honestly say Joanne’s was the best I’ve ever stayed in! The accommodation was excellent! Beautifully decorated, homely, and she thought of EVERYTHING when stocking the kitchen. Better than what I have at home! Joanne and David were very welcoming, kind and friendly and provided us with lots of local information. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a perfect stay at Neville and Debby's quiet apartment in Tata Beach surrounded by their lovely flower gardens. The space is comfortable and well appointed. Neville was friendly and incredibly helpful. We very much enjoyed the fresh roasted coffee and homemade jams. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

We had a great time. Weather was not great so we ended up spending a lot of time in the apartment and enjoyed it very much.

Temira is a great host and her house was an excellent place for our family of 4 to stay for a couple days while we visit Kaiteriteri beach. The grounds were beautiful, the horses gorgeous, and super close to a walking track. we'd stay again.

Lovely, spacious designer home right by the sea. Someone has invested significant coin into this house at some point - you can almost control each light fitting independently if you have the patience!! Great new kayaks to use (with life jackets) and a well equipped kitchen, with two (or even three) fridges available!

Ligar Bay is a fantastic spot, the changing tides provide so much diversity and interest - we kayaked, paddle boarded, walked and swam in the bay and at surrounding beaches and tracks. The house itself is very clean, with beautiful outlook and the garden is lovely. Furnishings and linen are very stylish and beds were comfortable. We found the lack of curtains/blinds a little challenging - there’s a skylight without a blind directly above master bed, one bedroom has no blind and the other had sheers, which provide privacy but no light. We love our sleep in holiday! We also missed having a dishwasher - some wouldn’t care. We appreciated all the pantry staples, great indoor and outdoor showers and water toys available for guests to use. A stunning place!

Great house! Plenty of space and you really can't beat the location. The serenity and privacy of Monaco Peninsula and a short drive to Nelson City, the beach, Rabbit Island. Plenty to do! If you're looking to get away from it all, and also have access to plenty of activities and day trips, this is your place.

We had a great long weekend at the house catching up with long time friends. The house privided ample room for us all to have our own space, and was very comfortable for lazy afternoons in the sun. The house is well equipped with all neceasities and is in a great location for local amenities and ofcourse the beach!

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying

Alison was a great host. Very helpful with local knowledge and recommendations. The location was perfect for us, with an excellent view and super easy access to walking cycling and good food (we really liked the sprig and fern for comfort food and beer.). Easy drive to lots of other attractions too.
