Nice quiet place, absolutely beautiful unit very clean, next time I’m in Montreal will definitely love to rent it again, fair priced

Great place and studio was big enough for 2. Loved the huge TV, fast wifi, everything was clean and in order. James was super responsive, couldn't ask for more. Check-in was super smooth, no complaints there. There's a lot of airbnb in this condo but I didn't notice anything in particular that affected my stay. The area is super convenient, near metro berri uqam and saint-laurent. It can get a bit strange, dirty in the area but I expected that ahead of booking. Thanks James, I really had a great stay at the studio.

The kitchen was very well stocked, with everything from condiments and chopsticks to gloves for dishwashing. Great location with it being easy to get to main roads and a grocery store and Starbucks are a short walk.

Ali's place looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It's clean, stylish, very spacious and comfortable ( beds, kitchen chairs and sofa's) Great light in the morning! There is parking on the street, but not that easy to find if you arrive late at night. Still, great place, great host, great stay!

I was in town for a couple of days and this was a great place to stay! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, along with many other things to do in the area. I’ll definitely stay again when I come back!

This property is amazing! Julia was such a breath of fresh air. There was really no need to reach out to her for anything because she left detailed information about the house rules. The overall aesthetics of the space was beautiful. It was very clean and smelled soooo good! I brought my boys (dogs) with me. I loved the attention to detail. In one of the bedrooms there was a little statue of a French bulldog and I couldn’t help but smile when I saw it because one of my boys is a Frenchie. If you’re looking for a little getaway, this property is an excellent choice. Julie is such a gem and you won’t be disappointed.

100/5 stars!!! We love the place. It became our home away from home. We stayed here for 3 nights. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood also near downtown. Everything is provided from towels, toiletries to complete kitchen with bonus complementary snacks! Yay! They were very fast to response to queries and requests. We appreciate everything they provided for us and our last minute favor, they were considerate, thoughtful and sweet. I will definitely go back here and will recommend it to my friends, family and to anyone who will need a place to stay in Montreal. 🩵 Xoxo

The Cottage was great! The place was cozy and clean. Easy walk to everything in town. I would definitely stay here again.

The area was nice and quiet. Check in was simple and the house was as advertised. Cute, clean and spacious. Lisa was even kind enough to help us out late at night after we had unfortunately lost the keys. What else can we say? She's definitely a super host.

Jacques was an amazing host. He was very prompt in his communication. He was available to receive us and walk us through the instructions for fireplace, jacuzzi etc. We loved the quiet and warmth of the house. Oh, and really enjoyed his homemade Quebec special maple syrup. I hope to visit again with family.

Xavier's place was very nice and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. The home had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy. I would definitely recommend his place.

One of the best so far

Lupita made my birthday weekend start off with a bang by allowing me to check in early. I was able to unpack, relax, have a nice dinner and go to a comedy club. Her place was in the perfect location and central to everything I wanted to do. Close enough to Old Montreal for my spa day, and close enough to Mcgill to allow me to run and workout. Very comfortable place, felt like home and very spacious. Was only me but the extra room is perfect if you are traveling with a couple. Looking forward to going back in the spring and would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and wonderful place to stay. WB

I would recommend this place to anyone interested in having a cozy downtown condo. It’s a nice place that has a lot of cute restaurants and shops within walking distance. Although some of the reviews say it’s a bit of a noisy area, we did not think so at all, the only thing we heard were a few ambulance sirens but that’s only because the hospital was down the street. Everything else was just as described in the listing. Frank was very responsive when I had questions. I have nothing negative to say about this listing, and we will definitely be staying again if we ever visit again.

Jules place was a great find! Perfectly located next to shops, restaurants and the metro, airport bus, and so easy to get anywhere in the city! Apartment is great, spacious, lovely kitchen and well appointed. Highly recommended.

This is a great place with secure private parking at the rear of the property - we attended a wedding and related events and found it to be conveniently situated close to 40 HWY. It is tastefully furnished with everything one would need for a short stay, ie. dishes, utensils, comfortable beds. The hosts were immediately responsive regarding a dead battery on the back door lock set - they offered a replacement if it would affect our stay, which we declined. A slight hassle given that the car would be parked in the back, but it hardly seemed enough that we would have the hosts make a special trip to change the battery. Overall a great stay and recommend this place!

The apartment is very nice! Spacious and well equipped. I loved the electric fireplace, very cozy atmosphere. Everything was clean (except maybe the windows) and as described. You could easily walk to two near metro lines and there was a bus station directly in front of the apartment. We would glady come back to Annas place and recommend it to everyone.
