Deanna was a wonderful host! The space was comfortable and homey. Deanna was responsive, but respectful of our privacy and considerate! I absolutely loved the cozy space and my favorite part was the enclosed balcony! The location is a peaceful neighborhood and easy to park, but it’s also close to anything you would want to do!

Super last minute booking, so I greatly appreciated the host’s flexibility. It was a very quaint neighborhood which I enjoyed. No complaints.

Can't wait to return! We had a short but fabulous stay. We love that part of Louisville and the restaurants around that area. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the working station was perfect to get my work done. The bathrooms are perfect. Loved the double-shower! The kitchen is very complete as well, and keep in mind you have a great Kebab place a few feet away. Easy to get in and out. The noise on the street was no problem. Great wifi, TVs, plenty of snacks, books and games. Simply Perfect!

We had a great stay at our "Louisville Loft." It is our second time to stay here, and just like the first time, it didn't disappoint. It is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. It has lots of interesting art, coffee table books, and albums. We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Louisville.

James’s was great to work with. My husband unfortunately left his suitcase. We did not realize it until we were home (550 miles away). We reached out and he immediately went to work on getting it shipped to us. He went above and beyond and we are extremely thankful.

Great location in the heart of the Bardstown Road restaurant and bar scene. The apartment is well appointed with charming touches and amenities that make you feel like a welcome guest. Would recommend staying here and would absolutely come back!

Perfectly cozy riverfront cottage! Great location, beautiful view (sunrises can’t be beat), very clean and well stocked/organized. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend.

This home was impeccably clean and so cute! Even better in person than the photos. It was well equipped for all the needs and was perfect for a mom-friend meetup with kids. We loved the semi private spacious yard, quiet almost zero traffic dead end street and the park behind it is amazing with 3 great playgrounds and paved walking path which helped get our kids energy out and was so easily accessible! There was a concert in the park during our stay so that was an added perk and the hot tub was great. We literally ate at home and kicked back with our kiddos and had such a great time. The hosts were also super responsive and friendly and we loved coming in to apples, bananas, snacks and drinks already stocked as an extra bonus. so kind!

The blue house in Butchertown was the perfect place for my friends and I to discover Louisville through—a comfortable, clean, and unique home base. Located in a safe and ideally located neighborhood, we only drove to another spot once. Owners were immediately responsive and all interactions were positive. Highly recommend.
