Great house, exactly as described. Very clean and equipped with everything you could want. Good communication from Alex throughout booking and stay - we had no issues, but confident Alex would have been responsive if we had. Would definitely book again.

Had the pleasure of staying here during the midweek before Christmas 2024. We always try to stay in Pontcanna (& use Rob’s places); having lived in Cardiff previously, this is a preferable location for us. Robs place was perfect - everything was how you’d want to find it and there was plenty of space. We had a slight issue opening the garage but a quick phone call and we were free once again. Having the use of the adjoining garage, as well as the on street permit was a real bonus. Thank you for a marvellous stay!

Fantastic house, lots to do either with a group or if you wanted time to yourself. The pool was amazing along with the hot tub and the games room was entertaining. The kitchen is a great hosting space also.

A great location for visiting Bike Park Wales. 5 min walk to the station and two trains an hour to Cardiff. Perfect weekend getaway.

Stayed at Rob's apartment for our annual Christmas shopping trip to Cardiff and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. A five minute walk to all the amazing amenities that Cardiff has to offer. The apartment was pristine and had top quality fixtures and fittings and was definitely the best accommodation that we have stayed at in Cardiff. Rob met us at the apartment despite us arriving later than anticipated which was appreciated - he was very responsive before, during and after our stay and we are looking forward to returning in 2025.

This was a beautiful place to stay and we had a wonderful time! It was so much larger than we expected and we all felt so at home and comfortable, Hannah was also very helpful and responsive and I would definitely stay again. I really do recommend this as a great place to stay in Cardiff, as it’s only a short walk into the centre and located on a beautiful, peaceful street.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's and would highly recommend if you're ever in Cardiff. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and we made use of it. I was also able to do some work with a desk and good internet connection. it was wonderfully decorated and we found ourselves distracted by all the artwork surrounding us. Liz was a fantastic host and we'd recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay very clean well presented. Lots of towels blankets not that they were needed . Well equipped kitchen . We didn’t actually spend much time i. The flat because we were sharing Christmas with my daughter and 3 grandchildren . Bed was comfy . We have a christening coming soon so definitely would look to stay there again . Great location for llantwit and marcross where my daughter lives .

We were visiting for a rather sad reason and Robert was kind and compassionate and happy to be flexible re check in which was a huge help. The flat is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Spice Ambassador a good local food option as is the Taffs Well inn - the Monday fish and chip deal there was excellent. We also didn’t really hear the trains from the bedroom. Thanks!

Anyone looking for a top quality apartment would be delighted with this property. High end accommodation, tastefully decorated, everything worked as expected, Gill was welcoming and helpful,we met her in the excellent coffee/gift shop next door and she was was warm and friendly. Overall, an excellent experience. 100% recommended.

Lovely apartment in a great area of Cardiff. It was spotless, extremely comfortable and very welcoming. The reading room / snug was a particular joy. I arrived to a Christmas tree and mince pies; such thoughtful touches This is a very spacious apartment with great views over the park and easy distance to shops and restaurants as well as Roath Park. Furnished with care and thought Jason kept in touch with instructions on how to get in etc. Everything was easy so I didnt need any extra help, though I am sure it would have been there should I have needed it Walkable to town or a quick taxi ride away ~ though the area is so nice you may want to stay local ! I felt very at ‘home’, warm and cosy Definitely 5 stars (if not more) and somewhere I would definitely return to Thank you for everything

This is a wonderful place to stay,. The photos don't do justice to this awesome place to stay. It is spacious, meticulously clean and has is well equipped. I was met in person by Mike and he gave me a fantastic introduction to the house. I was even brought a slipper as a welcome gift by Burt, Mike's dog. Mike ensured that I knew how everything worked and checked that all was ok throughout my stay but without intruding. I needed to work in the evening and the WiFi was extremely good. Mike really is a Super Host and I would definitely stay again if I find myself needing to return to the area. Thank you Mike, for letting me stay in your peaceful home.
