Clean, quiet and plenty of backyard space for our dog to enjoy! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable and easy.

What a wonderful visit to Yellow Springs! We visited for hiking the Clifton gorge and the Christmas lights- not to be missed! Jill’s home was such a charming and quaint place to relax and unwind. She was super responsive and welcoming. So close to the downtown. We loved the eclectic and artsy vibe of YS and will certainly return.

Very convenient location, easy checkin and clean house. Would have liked a few more towels (only 4 available) and although the listing noted a 3ft fence on one side, it did not note that the gate across one section is not super secure. So, although it worked well for us, it may not for all dogs. But, these items were not enough to diminish an excellent stay and we will be return users of this home when in the area.

Great space and location. Communicating with Janine was easy. Will plan to stay here again the next time we are in Dayton/Kettering.

Our host, Billy, was amazing. From the moment we checked in to when we left. He was accessible, friendly, and accommodating. The home was in great shape and just as described in the post. We had an amazing time and if we stay in the area again I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Jeff and Jozlyn went above and beyond in their communication during our stay to ensure all was good and if we had any problems or issues with their accommodations, checking in on us throughout our stay. Their place was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect for our needs. And we appreciated that their place was well-stocked with all the needed amenities! We had a wonderful stay at the Lone Wolf Ranch! We travelled for the English Setter National Specialty and the lay out of the home was perfect for the dogs and only 9 minutes away from the show site. A perfect place to rest after chaotic days! We didn’t get to use the pool but it was lovely! The fence was nice and secure! We loved the patio table in the pool area to the yard patio so we could sit and enjoy the scenery and the yard so my one suggestion would be more outdoor furniture and maybe a gas fire pit as it’s a lovely view in the backyard. Simply a peaceful place. Spencer was responsive and the house had a lot of amenities! We had four people and three English setters and lots of space for all!

Lindy and Devin are kind, responsive, and attentive. They responded promptly to my initial inquiry. Their home is in a great location, it’s clean, and it has an amazing kitchen with everything that we needed to make our meals (plus some:). It had age-appropriate toys for our elementary-age kids and more than sufficient room for all of us. What stood out to us as a family was their thoughtfulness - it snowed a few inches while there and they had someone shovel the snow for us a few times and also had melting salt for us. Brian's place is very modern and clean. It had snowed several times and each day someone came and shovelled the steps and walkway then put rock salt down. I would absolutely stay again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Springfield.

This place was great! It was cozy with a perfect layout. I loved the fenced backyard yard. The neighborhood was in a great location very close to the expressway for easy travel.

Perfect location to the Windermere where my daughter’s wedding took place. Great spacious kitchen for all the food preparation we did for the wedding. Jason does a great job hosting this airbnb.

We had an amazing time. This location was perfect for 7 husbands trying to pamper their wives. Mission accomplished!!! All the amenities made everything so easy. There were many things to do right in the house. -Pool table, Pingpong, games and a movie theater. Great WiFi made hooking up devices a breeze. We would all definitely stay again!!! 10/10

We needed a place to stay, short term with our 3 dogs while transitioning between selling a home and closing on another. Wendy was very accommodating. She stopped by a few times to take care of a few things and our dogs loved her. They made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't get a chance to explore the trails on the property due to a snow storm, but they looked very nice!
