The rental space is private and is the entire first floor of the home. The home is a two-story duplex with a shared entrance and private locking doors to each space. Wonderful location.

The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! We stay 4 weeks at Jacqueline place, everything was great, did not have any problem. Place is exactly fit the advertising if not better and everything was clean and working. We find place and the area is so peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for someone just looking for rest in very beautiful neighborhood. Jacqueline was very responsive, easy to communicate, helpful and polite. I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone needs a place feels like home away home.

This house served our family very well for a multi-month stay. The house and property are just like the photos and all the amenities were great to have. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place near the water in East Hampton. Petra was always very responsive with anything we needed and was an excellent host.

We spent a week at Joe‘s house and couldn’t be happier. The house, property, and surrounding area was amazing. Everything was super clean, and you won’t find a spot like this anywhere else. The master bathroom is incredible. Already trying to figure out how I can replicate that shower in my own house lol. would recommend this place 100%

A quaint cottage that was sparkling clean. Access to the Peconic from a private dock with the available kayaks and canoes. There is a pristine built-in pool with new decking. There was a 10 minute drive to Hampton Bays town with great restaurants, grocery and shopping.

We loved our stay in Westbrook! Mia's lovely home exceeded our expectations in terms of decor, furnishings, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen and bath ... all in a quiet and private setting. The house was especially well-situated for us. We had tickets for a special theater performance at Gillette Castle one evening, and then had to be in New Haven on the next day. All were easy drives. And, there are amazing fine dining options nearby. We'll definitely try to book this wonderful place any time we have events in the area. Thank you, Mia, for a magical Autumn weekend in Connecticut!
