Vacation rentals with a pool in River Oaks, Houston

Perfectly located near many restaurants and downtown. House was clean and comfortable. Very easy access to get in. The backyard was a perfect getaway with a relaxing feel. The pool and hot tub are cleaned regularly. The house had plenty of room for our family and was easy to have local family come visit us. We were grateful for the bonus baby highchair, crib, toys, and utensils for my nephew. The beds were comfortable and the master bedroom shower had three shower heads which was a very nice feature. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is stunning. The airbnb has 3 floors , very spacious and close to all the hot spots in Houston. The hosts are quick to respond to messages and also friendly. I gave this airbnb 5 star and would recommend to family and friends.

Overall, the place is a very good place to accommodate many people with its 6 bedrooms. I highly recommend this place for big families. There were a couple of dead cockroaches but I was told this was unavoidable. The host was very strict with the number of guests staying and coming to the property. Any guests that visit must be counted as a guest staying. I was afraid to invite friends over to hangout for an hour due to the 100$ charge. I think this rule can be relaxed a bit. Unless you are holding a major party, visiting friends should be allowed.

Peaceful place and comfortable

Had a great stay at Erick’s house, the house was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and he responded quickly.

I had a great stay at Fatima’s place. The house looked just like the pictures-really clean and comfortable inside. The host was quick to respond and took care of anything I brought up right away. They had firewood, a new hammock, and batteries delivered the very next day, which I appreciated. The backyard is a nice spot to hang out, though you can expect a bit of leaves in the pool since it’s outdoors. Overall, the place was well taken care of and the communication was excellent. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing spot with a host who’s on top of things.

My stay was better then I expected. I come to HTX often for work and tire of having to go to a hotel and pay an exorbitant amount. Justin's place was on a quiet cul-de-sac and was very clean. It had all the comforts of home and some extras such as the pool. I look forward to possibly staying there again.

Quiet area with easy access to NRG area. Secure location. Parking is easy and close but tight in a full size suv.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

The house is as described, the environment is very beautiful, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and the host is very good at communicating and will help in a timely manner. And most importantly, the room was well-equipped, so we didn't have to worry about a thing.

When we landed the communication was very fast and descriptive so there was no confusion when we had to check in or wanted to check in early. The house was set up exactly like the pictures and nothing was no more than 30 minutes away specifically from traffic. Checking out was very easy as well. If I needed to stay at this location, I would stay again definitely recommend-especially for the pricing. Due to us coming up the stairs that is something I didn’t like, but that had nothing to do with the Airbnb itself and the host, that is just me being lazy. Highly suggested location!

I highly, highly recommend Brent's place. My favorites: Brand new high-end kitchen cabinets, new appliances. In-door ice and water refrigerator. Deep, walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Water pressure is nuts! Plenty of very hot water. Will certainly start with his place next time in Houston.

Overall, this bnb was expected as advertised. If you need a simple and clean bnb in a quiet neighborhood of Houston, TX near the Bellaire Blvd area, this will suffice your needs.
