We had a wonderful time. The house and grounds were beautiful! The view was AMAZING! Helen and Mike were very quick to respond and very helpful. We were greeted with fresh garden flowers, milk, butter, coffee, tea and biscuits. Lots of little extras to make you feel at home! Would absolutely recommend this place!

Look no more! This is your place to stay in Inverness! Nice little place, fantastic for a day or two visiting the north. Douglas is a great host, being on top of things and communication with him was really easy. He also had some great recommendations for places to eat/drink and I'd recommend Utopia cafe. For the taller guests, maybe think about a different place because if you're above 185, the bed might be just a bit short. Overall, 10/10 experience and will come back.

Location was ideal for exploring the area, lovely hosts who were on hand should we have any queries, flat itself was comfortable & cosy and had everything we needed. I'd go back to this property without hesitation

The apartment is actually far more spacious than in the photos! Immaculately clean and a well stocked kitchen. We met Sheila on our way in and she took the time to show us up to the apartment and show us around. She was very accommodating and made sure myself and the children would be comfortable. We can't fault anything:)

What a fantastic find this place was! My only regret was that we didn't book for longer. The apartment was actually a lot larger than I anticipated, and the walk ability around the city was just steps from the front door. Centrally located, but it was surprisingly quiet! Sebastian was always accessible for recommendations, and questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to friends/family that are traveling through as well.

Gosia was a great host! The location is great and the parking pass was convenient. We appreciated her communication and flexible check out the next morning. We would stay again and definitely recommend!

Came here for a hen do, it was a great house for a big get together such as this! Beds are comfy, plenty of space and got to see lots of wildlife! Gail has great communication and instructions.

We really enjoyed our stay. Derrywood is a short walk from the centre of Braemar. It is a great base for exploring the local area and hiking the Munros. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well equipped and the hosts very accommodating, approachable and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful accommodation with its own vibe.

Rose cottage is beautiful! Very spacious and quite large. The “cottage” must reflect the cozy courtyard. The bedrooms are huge. Several sitting areas. The kitchen has everything one would need. Great appliances. The construction is the quality one would find in a higher end home. The bathroom on the first floor was spectacular. The tub is glorious and so relaxing after long days spent biking the surrounding areas. The beds are super comfortable as well. Lots of closet space too. The outdoor seating was so nice to sit and enjoy some sun have coffee. I’ve had this home on my wishlist for years. I was a solo traveler and although I didn’t need all the space I’m thrilled I booked. The location cannot be matched either. The walk down the river is spectacular. Grocery literally down the street. Bakeries and coffee that were outstanding. The walk to the High Street is minutes away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Sarah was a great host! She was very responsive and the house was immaculate upon arrival. The house was very well located to make the most of the amazing surroundings. If anything was needed it was easy to get in touch with Sarah if we had any questions.

Andrea and Steven’s home in Culloden is a fantastic base for anyone exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas of Scotland. The location is both safe and incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Extra just a stone’s throw away. Additionally, the property is ideally situated for easy access to major tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness, and the stunning Highlands. The home itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and accessibility to Scotland’s most iconic sites, this is it. Highly recommended!

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The kids loved the horses next door, the lake was gorgeous and perfect to drink coffee by and it was so quiet and peaceful! Perfect getaway and Neil was amazing and responsive and even told us where some cool hidden places were! Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful home and spacious. Lots of open areas around and quiet. The house has lots of room and bedrooms. Well set up for couples or more. Carolyn was very responsive to questions and checked on us to make sure we made it there ok. the place is a little hard to find, but directions got us there without issue. I would definitely recommend, home was very clean and stocked with basics.

As a studio flat the space is ideal for single/couple. Large comfortable bed with an en-suite. The weather was perfect for my stay but if wet a bit more space would have been ideal. Within walking distance of Aviemore centre either by road or beautiful river path. Fraser is a great host, communication and instructions clear. Would recommend.

This little hidden away gem in Aviemore was delightful. Great surroundings and scenery. So close to main street and to all the surrounding attractions and activities. A great wee place to stay and would highly recommend here for a nice wee getaway. Kids loved getting out in the woods and surrounding walks and drives around to nearby attractions. Nice and peaceful. Great hosts for and well worth it. Thanks again Very helpful and accommodating 5 stars

An awesome stay all around! Sylvie and Brian were incredibly nice, responsive, and overall fantastic hosts. The apartment is impeccably clean, well furnished, and in an ideal spot. It’s a very short walk to the center of Inverness and all it has to offer with shopping, dining and nightlife. Had never been to Inverness so when we selected this location it was a shot in the dark and based solely on the posting. We definitely picked a winner! It made our stay in Scotland fantastic and we’ll definitely be calling on this location again in the future. Thanks again to Sylvie and Brian for being fantastic host!
