The cabin was very cozy and peaceful. Great location. The owner had everything set up and even a Valentines gift. They communicate great and will definitely stay again! Wonderful place for respite yet so many things to do nearby. This weekend was for relaxing. Next visit we hope to see the falls, hike, and spend time downtown.

The place is very peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed for a quiet little get away. We lived the fire place and hot tub on the back deck as well as the fireplace in the bed room. Very cozy and comfortable. We will definitely return.

We had our annual college friend reunion here this year, and I think we’ll be coming back here every year. This place was perfect. It had enough space for everyone without being crammed. Everything worked great, easy to get to. This was the perfect place for us. Cannot recommend Laura and this place enough. We will 1000% be coming back!

The cabin was exactly as described and pictured. It was super clean and had many amenities that you would not expect, such as toys for the children and sound machines in every room. Craig was quick to reply when I contacted him and was also friendly and professional.

The A frame is gorgeous. It’s fairly new. A previous review helped us not get locked out so I want to reiterate - make sure you know the auto locking backdoor entry code before you go out or have the key to the front with you. The views were wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. The spiral staircase is so unique and fun but be careful not to walk into the corner of it. (Yes, we are both klutzes.). We had a wonderfully snowy retreat that was so needed. You won’t regret staying here.

Glen and Lindsey were such great hosts—they gave really clear instructions and were proactive about anticipating our needs. House was just what we needed for a conference in town, but would also be great as a vacation spot!

Was a beautifully decorated home with all the comforts you could want! I especially loved the comfortable beds and the high quality coffee maker and coffee bean grinder. Would definitely recommend and we will be looking forward to staying again sometime in the future!

My extended family stayed at the barndominium for our family Christmas. The hosts are quick to respond, friendly, and always helpful. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and 12 kids. One couple volunteered as tribute to stay with all the kids in the bunk room while the others claimed the 3 bedrooms. The kids say the bunk room was their favorite part of the trip(or watching the cows). We recommend to bring a fan for that room if you have a lot of people piling in. The upstairs was perfect for grandpa to take a break from the kid noise and watch football as that room was surprisingly very sound proof and has a kitchen attached. We had plenty to do on site as the listing shows, but Scottsboro is close so we ventured out one day to see a movie and easily made a few trips to Walmart. We had an issue with the downstairs fridge not cooling properly, but they were quick to respond and we had plenty of room in the other two refrigerators. Perfect for large families, beautiful, and very clean!

It's such a cute little getaway. I intended to arrive during daylight. The roads are well-paved and a bit winding. It was a great way to pivot my mindset to a slower, more thoughtful pace. Not much to do except be still and at peace. I was hoping to see some tandems and was not disappointed that it did not happen. It was okay. The red wine and rain on the roof put us right to sleep. The cabin was so cute and the bathroom was quite a pleasant surprise, a total glam up! The kitchen was quaint and had all the equipment for preparing a nice dinner, a quick meal, or just munchies. We grilled steaks for the holiday without much fuss at all. It wasn't hard to get into the groove of quiet, simple, and comfortable. We slept on the pull-out because of the bathroom was on the first floor. There are stairs, which are mentioned in the description. It really could have been one level. Thank you for sharing your space with us. If I am ever in the area again, I would book it again.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay! The Airbnb felt very spacious for 10 people. We were all able to sleep in a bed and there were 2 big seating areas inside for us to hang out, which was great since the weather was very cold. The outside pool and fireplace looked amazing and we'd love to come back when it's warmer outside! Even though the cabin was back down some single-lane winding roads, the host provided very clear and helpful directions. The area was very peaceful and felt like a secluded get-away, but there was still a grocery store and Starbucks 10 minutes away. All the pictures on the listing were exactly like the actual house. We have no negative comments! It is an ideal place for a friend or family getaway.

This AirBnb is one of my top favorite stays. The cabin was super clean, and I’m always apprehensive renting a home that allows pets (since mine are hypoallergenic and I can’t handle the pet smell). The home was well equipped and the layout was great. The hosts were the BEST hosts we have ever had! They were super on top of everything for us, they were the sweetest humans ever, and went totally above and beyond even after our stay. I’d recommend this cabin a thousand times over!

Absolutely beautiful house inside and out! It had everything we needed and everything that was advertised on the app. We usually stay in more secluded Airbnb's, but I have to say, even though we had other cabins in the area, we felt right at home, and like the only people for miles. The neighborhood is quite and relaxed. We definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a place near Chattanooga!

This cabin is beautiful! The location is perfect - 15 min from downtown Chattanooga. The landscape around the cabin is stunning. It comes with everything you need and more! The host is responsive and provides you with more than enough stuff to feel right at home! We will be visiting again!!

Everything was perfect! The home felt very comfortable and cozy, super clean and stocked as well!! Host was super kind and responsive, had to get him to come fix a minor issue and he didn’t hesitate, came right over and got it fixed. It’s secluded but not a hassle to get to the home, it was just right. It was very easy to get to Downtown Chattanooga. Will definitely return to this home again 😊

Beautiful property!!! Grant had some awesome recommendations for things to do in the area and was always available if we needed something! We appreciate them opening their home to us and our pups :-)

This cabin was adorable! It was so cozy and comfortable. The bathroom/dressing room was huge! If soaking in the claw foot tub isn’t your thing (which it was my thing for sure!), there is a nice shower there as well. The beds are really comfortable as well for some much needed rest and an escape from busy day to day life. Keep in mind, this is an OLD cabin, and decorated in theme with being an 1870s home. Not fancy, but exactly what we were looking for! Cindy was an amazing hostess. She made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed for our getaway. I highly recommend the Dutch Maid Bakery! We had a delicious breakfast and left with the best bread and cinnamon rolls. You will be close to lots of trailheads if hiking is something you like. If you forget something, it is most likely stocked and if it’s not there, you will find a Dollar General right down the road. We loved our stay and wish we could have had more time there.

Perfect place to disconnect, relax and enjoy nature. we love it

Loved our stay in this secluded private little gem in the woods. We got in late in the evening to find the bridge and house all lit up with beautiful Christmas lights. The cabin itself was warm and inviting, you walked into an open living room with candles in the fireplace (which is functional). The bedrooms were spacious, well laid out and clean. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all the basic tools to prepare food while you relax. The yard has a wonderful easy trail leading to a few benches to sit on and enjoy the trees and small creek. Yes, you can hear the road but it did not affect how peaceful and relaxing the woods were. Follow the directions Gail gives you and you will have no issues finding the driveway. This was a great getaway, a little hidden home away from home. We are both looking forward to another visit.
