Amazing stay with an amazing view. You have shared access to the beautiful pool. River Ganges surrounded by the mountains is a treat to the eyes. Host is responsive and the caretaker will let you know all the required information.

Hukam Singh was a very warm, friendly, and thoughtful host. I felt truly welcomed and safe during my stay. I received extra blankets anf toiletries, and my room was cleaned upon request. I was also offered filtered water, tea, and pastries. Be aware that the street the building is situated at is very busy and noisy, but it does come down late at night. All in all the place served the purpose for me (catching up with my work and studies on my laptop), I had my privacy, comfort, and good wifi. The place was very spacious and good. My kids liked it most as lots of board games and a big speaker was available. big terrace for evening relaxation was there. Even my elder mother also liked it lot due to availability of good kitchen with facilities. Caretaker was also very good. he was always ready for bringing some grocery or milk. Mayank is a very good host as he was always available on call. and always received quick response from him. Overall stay was so calm and relaxing and value for money. We will definitely stay here whenever we plan next time.

I stayed for 1 night with my friends and it was a lovely stay. Mentioned directions were a little off but I contacted the host and he helped me out with the right directions. I liked the greenery over there. Place was huge and everything was well maintained. I asked for bonfire which the caretaker helped me to setup. Overall it was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend this for groups.

Great place to stay with family and friends. Everything was excellent.

This is a beautiful place to stay right on the Ganga river just outside of Rishikesh. Perfect for daily meditation. A homely, family atmosphere where you will feel very welcome. You can also book rafting out the front, what a great experience and you can visit temples from here as well. Siddhartha is a friendly and helpful host, he helped to organise to get a sim card so that I couid use the wifi there. I definitely recommend to stay here if you are spending time in the Rishikesh area.

Place is exactly as it is in the pictures, Beds or very comfy and bedrooms are decorated very well. Easy to check in through the Care-Taker. He is good and very responsive and available when needed. Location is Very close from the main road. Super markets and medical stores are nearby Cons: Location is little far from city. Parking of vehicle has to be done at the main road and walk to stay. Hall area is very small. No nearby food outlets. Only option is through online. But they deliver without any challenges We roamed around in the day and stayed only in the night. So for us it was a comfortable stay overall..!

Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The property itself was well-maintained, offering modern amenities without compromising on the charm and character of the surroundings. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, this property near the Ganga is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a blend of natural beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality, this is the place to be.

We had a pleasant stay, and the space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with most of the essentials.

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

This property has it all , one of the best places to stay if you are in Rishikesh. The host offers all the amenities. And it was super clean. Would recommend it for sure .

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Away from the hustle bustle of the Tapovan area uet easy to access all the major attractions. Matched my expectations.
