Really enjoyed our stay - loved the pool and outdoor area - it was perfect. Everything was as described and we had a lovey few days relaxing. Highly recommend.

Congratulations Ana, for the excellent idea of restoring by combining the architectural elements and the original materials of this wonderful apartment that possibly touches 100 years old, with the comforts of a current construction apartment. I loved the floors of cooked clay or hydraulic mosaic, originals and the foundry radiators with legs, the super high ceilings that give a special brightness to all the rooms, the doors that I suppose are the original, … etc. All combined with a modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. The decorating ideas using the original frames and windows, the decoration of the tastefully and painstakingly painted classic furniture. The restoration of the sofas, Vamos, all right from my humble opinion. I wish you a great success since I am sure your apartment is a great option for those of us who like to enjoy a comfortable accommodation, close to everything and very spacious.

Great facilities, all new, very clean. We rent the entire house to celebrate Christmas with the whole family and we have been wonderful, we have all been delighted with the days we spent there. We will be back for sure.

Communication with Marina was great, responding to the moment and giving solutions. We were 4 couples and a baby and the common spaces are perfect and spacious to share, plus a porch on the terrace that gives you the option to be outdoors. Taking a walk around the village is also very nice, yes, go before to the supermarket that the distances are long. Anyway in the village there is a shop with a little bit of everything in case of emergency. All in all, we had a great weekend.

Carlos was a great host. We went for a family weekend with my baby and 2 dogs and the house was great. Super rural and with all the amenities that any modern house can have. Carlos gave us instructions and information about restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies… around the area. He even brought us a basket with the organic vegetables that grow it. All in all, it was a 10 stay, I wish all the hosts and houses were like that. We fell in love with Casa Cheerful in Orellán. Thank you so much Carlos! A hug.

A beautiful house in a quiet and super nice town, if we go back we will definitely stay here again, we felt right at home and the hosts were attentive and kind, we had a wonderful time at Casa Chyka!

A large and comfortable house, with all the amenities, Yolanda's impressive treatment always attentive that we were comfortable and we did not lack anything. No doubt a 10 in every aspect. Thank you very much!

The house was even more beautiful than expected and cleaned to a wonderful standard. The place felt homely and spacious with enough amenities provided ie towels, kitchen utensils, food items etc. Pool and grounds were well kept by Fernando who helped us out with some queries during the week. The ruins on the property have the place an authentic and rustic feel. This is the perfect spot to get away from it all for some peace and quiet in the beautiful countryside.
