This was one of our best Airbnb stays! The property is beautiful, clean, and safe. Gregory is an amazing host who toured us around and helped us get groceries on our first day. He was close by if we needed anything and a lovely person! It’s a close walk to Encuentro beach so is a great location for surfing. There are two restaurants and a yoga studio within walking distance too. Would definitely stay again!

I was amazed and delighted at the elegance of the place, both the apartment and the grounds with its fabulous swimming pool. I was impressed with the level of building security and had no concerns sleeping with my windows open. I did not use the air conditioning as the ceiling fans were sufficient for me. That kept the electrical bill down, which ended up being quite modest. The kitchen was very well outfitted; there was a tv in the living room and in bedroom, along with a safe The location was ideal: very central but quiet with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Without doubt, I would look to stay there again. I loved the place and appreciated the hostess' warm reception and availability throughout my stay. 5 stars!

Delightful! It was the perfect place for our family. Safe, diverse community, great food and lots to do. The condo was AMAZING! Extremely clean, comforting beds, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. From the beginning, it was the feeling that it would be a great vacation with a great accommodation. The beautiful new building house is very quiet, tastefully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Great amenities, great surroundings and a very nice landlord. The Kitebeach and Cabarete can be reached shortly. The owner looked after us perfectly and very nicely. The communication was great and all our questions were answered very quickly. This is a clean, modern, stylish and spacious place. It couldn’t be any closer to the beach. There was great security present around the clock. Our host was available and attentive. The neighbors and building staff were super friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Overall, this location is a great value and a great place for a vacation.

Friendly people and staff around. Awesome looking at the ocean while swimming in the pool. Always windy so keeps the hot temp at bay. Beach is beautiful to walk but not for swimming....too much wave/reef action. However, you can go a short distance to another beach if you want to swim or surf etc.

I had a wonderful stay here and will be staying again in the future. Jonathan was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions, I liked his communication to check if everything was going well and whenever I needed something he responded in perfect timing. The apartment was pristine and private and had some of the best views over the ocean. It was a spacious apartment and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. I couldn't have wished for more, it was beyond my expectations.
