This was one of our best Airbnb stays! The property is beautiful, clean, and safe. Gregory is an amazing host who toured us around and helped us get groceries on our first day. He was close by if we needed anything and a lovely person! It’s a close walk to Encuentro beach so is a great location for surfing. There are two restaurants and a yoga studio within walking distance too. Would definitely stay again!

Carmen and her Husband Eddie were absolutely excellent! Very attentive of any needs or direction. And exceptional Host with class! The place boasted huge bedrooms, with very nice bathrooms and 2 balconies at a reasonable rate for my 10 day staycation. And the view over looking kite beach through the beautiful palm trees were absolutely jaw dropping with the sunset stealing all the beauty. AAA+

We like it a lot - location was perfect for us - tucked away from crowds, but just minute to walk to all the action and attractions . We loved living next door locals . Trendy Kite Club with cool bar just over the road. Beautiful beach with lots of action watching professional kite surfers . We even had lessons 💪😊. If you out to eat we highly recommend OJO CLUB on the beach . We fell in love with Cabarete and when we coming back definitely will stay in same studio 6 . I was amazed and delighted at the elegance of the place, both the apartment and the grounds with its fabulous swimming pool. I was impressed with the level of building security and had no concerns sleeping with my windows open. I did not use the air conditioning as the ceiling fans were sufficient for me. That kept the electrical bill down, which ended up being quite modest. The kitchen was very well outfitted; there was a tv in the living room and in bedroom, along with a safe The location was ideal: very central but quiet with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Without doubt, I would look to stay there again. I loved the place and appreciated the hostess' warm reception and availability throughout my stay. 5 stars!

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and in a location where you have everything nearby. We definitely love it, it's super quiet and comfortable.

came here on a solo surf trip, it was perfect. I wanted a low key place that wasn't a resort. This is a one bedroom apartment in a quiet safe location tucked away with a great outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics to cook your own meals. The AC works well, it's in the bedroom only, but the house was cool when I came back from the beach every day (with the AC off), there's also a clean pool to cool off in. There's a fan in the kitchen as well if you need a breeze while cooking! The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Easy 5-10 min walk to the food park, a bakery/breakfast, and 2 convenience stores, and an ATM. Most importantly it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Absolutely highly recommend for a solo traveler/couple. I felt safe here and walked to the beach alone and to/from the shop at night. Eve was soooo helpful and very responsive! Her place looks exactly like the photos. Thank you so much Eve!!!

Beautiful space with everything we needed. We really appreciated the air conditioning and enjoyed the beautifully decorated space. Juan Carlos was a great host and very responsive when we had questions or needs. Parking was very easy and we felt sage and secure.

This is a clean, modern, stylish and spacious place. It couldn’t be any closer to the beach. There was great security present around the clock. Our host was available and attentive. The neighbors and building staff were super friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Overall, this location is a great value and a great place for a vacation.

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Friendly people and staff around. Awesome looking at the ocean while swimming in the pool. Always windy so keeps the hot temp at bay. Beach is beautiful to walk but not for swimming....too much wave/reef action. However, you can go a short distance to another beach if you want to swim or surf etc.

Excellent place , close to everything, the very communicative host, on my next trip , I want to stay in this place .
