The house was absolutely amazing! Super clean and amazing to stay in! I appreciate the same day response and able to book me hours before! Really appreciate them for letting me stay in their beautiful home!

This place was PERFECT and made me discover my new favorite part of ABQ. There was so much to do in the area and so many cool places to check out- and within walking distance! I stayed with my two dogs and we LOVED walking all the trails and exploring down by the river. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, peaceful and authentic New Mexican experience. The home was beautiful and felt safe, cozy and clean!

Love Joe and Melanie they come by and check on you if you’re staying for a while. They stop by and water and mow the lawn weekly and we’re real nice

Laura’s place was like staying at “Ritz of Airbnb’s”. The location has panoramic views. The house itself was immaculate and all the amenities were first class. Laura was very responsive when we needed to communicate. If you’re looking for a first class getaway that’s close to Albuquerque, this is it:) Thank you Laura.

The Casita felt cozy and was super tidy. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities in having a good experience and this Casita definitely met my expectations. Loved the outdoor space and there were tons of restaurants around. Location is great everything is close by.

The home is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. It has a spacious open floor plan and an absolutely stunning back yard. I had one question during my stay and I had an answer immediately. This was my first visit to Albuquerque and would 100% rent Orus and Nicole again!!

This place was exactly as advertised. I love the old New Mexico "feel" which is what I was looking for. The location is near museums, Tiguex Park as well as Old Town. It is a short walk to many restaurants, and coffee shops not just in Old Town. There was also a small grocery store within 1/2 mile, an easy walk, I thought. I was alone, so the space was more than adequate. With 2 people, one might want a larger unit, if available.

Brad was very helpful to us Floridians coming in and accommodating to all of our needs.

The casita was perfect for my needs on short notice. It was clean and comfortable with easy access and located in the part of town in which I was interested. It has a small kitchen with a decent-sized refrigerator, no hot pot, but a countertop range and a tea kettle. The freezer didn’t freeze my ice block, but I didn’t adjust any settings either. My only notable downside, as a shorter person (5’2”), is that where the shower head sprays is not adjustable at all. Still, this is a very comfortable casita, and I enjoyed my stay very much.

wonderful stay here. quiet area and the hosts were very welcoming. if we go back to this area we will stay here again. easy access to Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

We truly enjoyed the few days we spent at Rebecca’s place. We arrived really late and the instructions were spot on. The cabin was warm and welcoming after a long day. Rebecca answered any questions we had promptly. Our dog absolutely loved playing in the yard. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean with a well-equipped kitchen in a spacious home located in a desirable neighborhood. If Airbnb’s are graded similar to hotels, this is a Hyatt. It was exceptionally clean. Communication is prompt and Petra displays a true desire to ensure a pleasant stay for her guests. Petra is a Super Host. She is a “people person,” who wants to meet her guests in person when they arrive. Some people may not like this, preferring a lock box and no contact with the host. If this personal touch is not for you, perhaps you should look elsewhere. However, I found this refreshing in an era when people text one another while sitting in the same room. The home is convenient to shopping and restaurants. I walked 3 miles almost every day on the trails and sidewalks of the neighborhood, enjoying nice views of the Sandias. Dog owners that I encountered were exceptionally careful to ensure their pets behaved appropriately. This is an Airbnb gem.

This place was really quiet and comfortable. Has everything you need and it’s easy to find. In a good area with not a lot of riff raff around . Very close to lots of great places and right off the freeway so It makes It easy to get places . Everything was really clean and the beds were super comfortable. Would recommend It and would definitely stay again.

This was our second Thanksgiving holiday stay at Steven’s place. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make a large family meal. He even left a bottle of wine for us which was a nice surprise. We love this area of Albuquerque which is quiet and close to walking trails and the Rio Grande. The house is dog friendly with a nice front yard, huge back patio and 2 acres of land to explore!! We were a little disappointed that the chickens were not in the coop this time, but we would love to come back again during the summer to see the farm area in the back and be able to enjoy the outside patio.

I have stayed with this host before at a different unit and Lacy is always a great host. This unit is quiet and comfortable, within walking distance of Downtown. I think this particular AirBNB is best for couples or solo travelers since the kitchen is connected but does not share an open floor plan with the bedroom. 10/10 would recommend.

Virginia & Jetts place was beyond beautiful. The photos don’t do the space justice and it was extremely roomy. Really peaceful and quiet and we had the best sleep and time. We wished we could live there. Highly recommended!

Awesome place for our family girls trip! We had so much laughter…perfect for our group from age 23 all the way to 78. Art was a great host. The house was super clean and the backyard is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

The house and property were absolutely beautiful and accommodated me and my family perfectly with all of it's bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus, it was spotless! David was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to a special request that we had. I can't say enough about the property and would definitely stay there again when we visit ABQ in the future. Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. We had the best experience!!! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious did I mention comfortable but they didn’t miss a single detail. Games appliances ect.. Trisha was wonderful we are very grateful.

Great house for a family gathering!! The grandkids really loved the outdoor pool and the zip line!! Anna was quick to answer all my questions & made sure we had everything that we needed!! Anna was a fantastic host!!

A peaceful, quiet, nestled North Valley sanctuary retreat. Spacious yard, pool and great walking opportunities. This place is off the beaten path yet close enough to Old Town, Indian Village and Dietz Farms. Casita accommodations are clean and comfortable. A definite repeat visit kind of place!

We would return for Dejuan our proactive host, his convenient location, on sight parking, quiet, clean, private place with complete amenities, and a lovely water feature for a great price.
