The house is super cozy and perfectly met all our needs. The location is excellent, you can walk to both the beach and restaurants. The view and landscaping are breathtaking, just as the organization and cleanliness were impeccable. It was a weekend of pure peace and reconnection with nature. Flávia was a great host! Super flexible with check-in and check-out, always available and gave tips that made the stay even more special. Would highly recommend! We will definitely come back again.

A Wonderful Short Stay 🥰 I had a great experience here! The room was spacious and came with a private kitchen and bathroom. The house is just a 10-minute walk from the historic center and 15 minutes from the bus station, making it very convenient. The area also feels safe. The family lives downstairs and was always ready to help whenever I needed anything. Quelli was especially attentive and helpful—such a warm and kind person! She welcomed me wholeheartedly on my first day. I wish I could have stayed longer!💕

The houses are beautiful and have a great vibe, there is a market and pharmacy nearby. It is about 20 min walk from Jabaquara beach 5 min drive. Lena (host) is extremely friendly and requests. We traveled for work with a team of 13 people and we were very well accommodated, we requested bedding and towels, all very clean. The houses have several double beds and some single beds. The kitchen has all the basic utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups). The dog (Zumbi) and kitten (Cuicá) are super docile and are in the back yard of the house. We were me,my husband and my 4-year-old son, for 4 days. Super cozy apartment, modern furnishings in great condition, well-equipped kitchen with utensils, pans, appliances, super potent stainless steel refrigerator. I didn't miss anything. Super cozy bathroom, excellent shower, does not return bad smell of the drains and toilets. Quarter with double bed and 1 excellent single mattress, clothing shelves, great and quiet air conditioning. All spotless, clean and smelly. The host Aline super attentive, friendly and quick in the msg, clears all questions. We make a lot of choice, we feel at home, very comfortable, with ctz we will return at a next opportunity and I will indicate to those who ask me for reference. Many thanks Aline and congratulations on the great space you offer !

I loved Rodrigo's place! The environment is super cozy, all very clean and organized. The house is super comfortable and has everything you need to feel right at home. The condominium is excellent, super quiet, with pool, game room and a perfect location, close to the beach. One detail that made all the difference was the ice machine available in the condominium made it too easy to set up the cooler to enjoy the day at the beach! In addition, Rodrigo is a super attentive and helpful host, always concerned with ensuring the best for guests. I felt super well received and undoubtedly, I want to come back more often. I highly recommend this space for those seeking comfort, practicality and moments of unforgettable leisure!

We really enjoyed our stay in Picinguaba, the house was very clean at our arrival, has a wonderful view and is fully equipped. AC in the 2 bedrooms helped a lot to deal with the hot weather :-) We will come back for sure and recommend this place.

The stay was incredible! Any further detail, she promptly answered us and helped us. The house is great, me and my friends love too much and we certainly intend to go back! Cigarras Beach is about 10 minutes away by car, which is great! The house has absolutely everything, very nice and quiet.

Rodrigo was always attentive, answered our questions promptly. When we need an umbrella, the caretaker Raí did his best and lent us a parasol, which served us ksksksks. The apartment is beautiful, tidy and clean. Well located, it is very close to the beach and market. Nice and cozy beach, even in the high season.

Daniel recommended great restaurants to me. apto was clean, new, well cared condominium, educated providers. The place is close to the beach, but you need to get by car because of the avenue, a very good pool.
