Cozy house with everything you need for your stay! The garden was really helpful, especially for my dog who really enjoyed it! The outdoor shower was very useful both for washing your feet before returning home after the beach. 5 minutes by car from Straccoligno beach, which you can also walk to if you want! The village center, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants, is only 5 minutes away. Capoliveri is wonderful! We thank Irid for his hospitality and recommend his home to everyone!

Beautiful and private villa

The apartment is very nice, located in the middle of the old town and has a small, wonderful terrace that is cool and quiet like a magnificent oasis in summer. The apartment is really very nicely decorated, modern and there is everything you need to be happy. Warm thanks to Alessandra!

The stay at Casa Iris was completely satisfactory. Antonella is a super friendly, helpful host and the communication works well thanks to her even without much Italian knowledge. The apartment is just like in the photos in very good condition and very nice clean with pretty much everything you need. The terrace has also been wonderful for our children and you have a beautiful view of the mountain on the other side of the valley, where you can sometimes watch the mouflons in the evening. The spring about 100 m away with fresh drinking water is super convenient and our children loved counting the lizards and geckos on the way from the house until then. We will definitely go on vacation with Antonella again!

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay was really pleasant, the hosts are always available for any clarification or need, and the surrounding area is very quiet and perfect for a stay outside of the chaos of the city, but still a short distance from the main amenities. See you next time!

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

The apartment was as described. We were warmly welcomed. With a small problem (gas bottle for the stove was empty), we were immediately helped on Sunday evening. The beautiful swimming pool, which was cleaned daily, is also to be emphasized positively. The value for money was good. If you want to spend a quiet holiday, we can highly recommend the apartment.

We stayed three families in the house, a total of 14 people, and we had a very nice and relaxing week. The house has two well-equipped kitchens that we could use when we had the house to ourselves. There's also a large hall with pool table on the ground floor. The garden is relatively large and well kept with good parking facilities. There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and sofa and table under umbrella if you prefer the shade. The owner who stayed in a nearby house greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. She also had tips on activities and beaches in the nearby. Communication with Alessandro was excellent. Quick and good responses to our questions. Everything worked very well during our stay. The only minus is that the house is a little secluded and it takes you to have a car if you are going to get somewhere.

Our stay on the island of Elba is to remember, not only for beaches and wonderful places, crystal clear waters and dreamy temperatures, but also thanks to the courteous and discreet presence of our hosts. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, the apartment is tastefully decorated, cozy and with everything you need. Paolo intervened promptly when the shower broke, which in a very short time was repaired and was like new for the rest of our stay. The location is a strategic point to visit the whole island, with every point of interest at a maximum distance of an hour. Marina di Campo, just minutes away, is a delightful center, with a wide beach and a beautiful promenade. Highly recommended! Thanks again to Mrs. Paolo and Grazia.

Comfortable house, air conditioning, with a nice outdoor veranda for breakfast and dinner. Good quiet location in the countryside outside the hustle and bustle of the towns and beaches but close to both the north and south coast of the island. The friendly and receptive host lent us the cell phone charger we had forgotten. Enjoy your stay. All good

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. This is a great place to stay if you prefer staying in a town while exploring Elba. The historic town, supermarkets and local beaches are all within walking distance. The offroad private parking was a blessing. The apartment is large and comfortable for large family or group of friends.

Thank you for the pleasant hospitality The apartment is very quietly located and yet you are in a few minutes in the lively village with all amenities and in 5 minutes on foot on the beach. The apartment has everything you need. We liked the fact that we were able to arrive by public transport. We will be happy to come back.

It was fantastically beautiful in the accommodation. The house, the location, the small bay was a special oasis, a little paradise. We thought it was great that you can only get there on foot. We like this. We loved the outdoor shower. You can get anywhere on the island quickly. But it doesn't have to go away at all. We also loved small hikes.
