Being in this space, in this house, gave me many reflections, and one of them, is today, to be able to enjoy possibilities that life proposes to us. Jeannine (host) and Luciano (homemade), were sensational. No mosquitoes (we were in 4 adults) and no one felt; No loud noises or songs; No conflict with barbecues or common spaces; Everything equipped and practical. Falo without a doubt: it is a paradise on Earth.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at an amazing host's home and need to share how wonderful it was all! From the first moment, I could feel the care and attention she devotes to her guests. The house is just beautiful and spotless! Every detail was thought out with affection, and this made all the difference in our stay. One of the highlights was breakfast, which became a true daily ritual. Every day, we were surprised by fresh and delicious breads, which always made us anxious to start the day. In addition, the host was extremely attentive when asked if she had a picpoqueira. To my surprise, she did not have but provided one! It was a delight to make popcorn and enjoy relaxed moments. I strongly recommend staying in this house! The hostess is an example of hospitality, and I'm sure everyone who stays there will have an experience as wonderful as mine. Can't wait to go back!

The house is perfect, corresponds with the advertisement and was impeccable, the incredible view and the amenities of the house allowed us to enjoy the moments in it and with peace and privacy. The communication was very quiet and clear, the check in and checkout was very simple. We will definitely return to another opportunity because it is worth the cost benefit

We delighted with the pictures, and when we got there, we were even more surprised. Extremely gorgeous, perfect view. Same as the photos and description. Very receptive family, gave us tips for beaches and restaurants! Delicious leisure area, warm pool. We enjoyed a lot with our little baby!

The villa is within a condo with few houses and is very quiet. It is ideal for those who wish to stay with the family, as the place is very comfortable but has rules (such as issues related to noise and external guests, for example). Although it does not have many leisure options (such as court) there is a small game room (there are not many options) and the condominium pool can be used by the guests (it is very clean, most of the time it is empty, it has a shallow space for children, a small space with water jets, which is very tasty and still has loungers around). The house is a little away from the main avenue of the beach, but we get there in 10 minutes on foot (my parents are old and they were able to walk), but it is also possible to drive, there are places on the street (except in very high season) and also parking lots from R$30/day. We love the experience, this is our second time staying there. Tatiana has solved everything we request very quickly!

Estadia very good, we were well attended, everything we needed they did everything to meet, Laura and Mr. Antônio were very attentive to us, I highly recommend.

We were made to feel very welcome by Neia. My family and I love the house, comfortable and clean. The outside area is closed, for those who have a pet it is perfect. Easy access to the beach, 4 minutes walking, Guaecá is one of the best on the coast of São Sebastião. The host Alexandre also very polite and request.
