Genesis house was great for our family. Beautiful, clean, and homey. The pool was perfect for our girls to play in. The house has solar power which was a life saver during a 36 hour blackout we experienced. Mayela reached out to make sure we were ok and provided us with guidance and updates. The host was very accommodating. The place was clean and smelled so good. Love how they had the place set up. I did not like the local beach but her beautiful home made up for it. Top portion of the how was so relaxing and chill. The pool are is adorable love that they have a bathroom outdoors. I highly recommend this place. My only suggestion is that they invest on changing the screens some wear and tear so you get mosquitos in the house.

Beautiful and cozy place. I went with my family to spend my birthday weekend and I couldn't have chosen a better place. All super clean and organized. The pool and recreational areas are perfect for the whole family. Maria was in constant communication. An excellent place to spend time as a family.

Our stay was beautiful! The place is perfect size for our family. Everything was clean, stocked and well prepared for us. Alfredo was great explaining directions, giving us instructions for check in and check out. He is very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We came to stay near by our family and it was perfect! Everything we needed was less than 10 mins away from us. I am very familiar with the neighborhood as I grew up there and this was absolutely perfect for us! We cannot wait to come back next time we visit our family! Thank you so much Alfredo!

Hector was super responsive the entire process- from before even booking! We had things that we wanted to do all over the island- Ponce, Yauco, Cabo Rojo, Aguadilla, Cayey, Rio Grande & San Juan. Everything was within a reasonable drive. The biggest selling factor, other than the responsiveness, was the toys for the kids, and the large (wide) bunk beds. We came with our 1 year old, so entertaining him at the house was not a concern, and I wasn't worried about him rolling/falling off the bed. My husband and I said that these hosts definitely have kids because the toys were absolutely PERFECT- only parents would know what to/not to have. The air conditioning worked very well, and very quickly. We only ever ate breakfast there, but it seemed like they had everything you'd need (dishes/utensils) for any meal. Additionally, the outdoor patio space was so cute. We wished we would have taken the time to utilize that space. Definitely will consider staying here again for our next trip!
