The house is extremely pleasant, clean and comfortable the place is perfect to rest and escape from the routine, a beautiful and cozy place, the house looks like a dream, beautiful and with great furniture and utensils we love our stay, it was a refuge for the family to have a time of tranquility and leisure.

Valdecir was very friendly and helpful, it gave all the information completely. The place is very pleasant for a meeting of family or friends. The quiet place with a lot of privacy. There is a market nearby. I recommended it!

The house is huge and has everything that is basic for a quiet stay. The house is all wooden and ok state of conservation, but there were some slats in poor condition on the deck, which didn't give much security, but since it rained all weekend practically, we stayed more in the house. The fireplace worked perfectly, but remember to bring firewood. Because of the size and amount of people it supports could have one more bathroom, we went in 12 people (but it has capacity for 16) and there were only two bathrooms, but we turned because we already knew. The location is great and the view is beautiful, on sunny days it should be amazing to be able to kayak and enjoy the day. In general outline our stay was quiet and satisfying. Giulia was super helpful and provided us with all the necessary information.

The stay at the Airbnb home was amazing! The hostess was extremely attentive, responding quickly to all of our messages very kindly. The house is simply stunning, especially the gourmet area overlooking the dam, which provided unforgettable moments. The rooms were comfortable, and the suite with a privileged view of the dam was a highlight. The availability of a boat and a standup paddle board added even more fun to our stay. The house is perfect for families, groups of friends or even for a couple. Also, we were impressed by the variety of basic items and utensils to prepare meals available in the house. Sure, we plan to return soon. We recommend without hesitation!

the second time we stay in the space, the apartment is cozy and clean, close to places to practice physical activities and close to restaurants and markets.

It was 3 wonderful days, all very clean and tidy in the smallest detail. Super cozy house, smelling bedding, bathtub with garden view. The well-equipped kitchen, a great wood stove. Everything very quiet, perfect! Even when it was summer, it was fresh. On our last day a very friendly doghouse appeared, I think it was a boder collie! We will definitely return!

Spacious and comfortable environment. had all the necessary household utilities to the point that you don't even miss the accessories you have at home. The site is close to the attractions and the contact with the nature is splendid. I intend to return to the same accommodation shortly.

Jussara's house is great. Ideal apartment for rest: quiet and organized. 24-hour gate and parking for a vehicle. Well located, next to the gas station and near the German Village, from the famous Oktoberfest. Good choice for those who go to Blumenau to have the safety of a good place to rest.

very nice, wonderful bending with nature, very cozy. all prepared for amenity ( stove, electric oven, microwave, covered barbecue, wood stove, 2 WC, 3 bedroom, 2 living rooms, balcony with hammock, wifi, very comfortable to be next to so many beautiful and nice things ( peacock,turkey, goose, mareco, chickens, pantry, fish, etc.)

The place is wonderful, it has a great structure for those who like to swim or kayak. The house is very cozy and Luiza shows concern to ensure that everything is well for the guests. The Deck by the dam is a sensational place to rest.

Gos was very pleased to be staying in this place, the environment is clean and well kept. The contact with nature is fantastic and provides us with indescribable sensations, such as listening to the wonderful singing of wild birds, admiring the beautiful landscapes and enjoying walks through the lake with the kayaks that were available.
