The stay at Mr. José was excellent. The accommodations corresponded to the advertised, all very clean and organized. Mr. José and his wife are extremely pleasant people, hospitable and always willing to help. Without a doubt I recommend hosting and, if you return to Niterói, I already know where to stay with peace of mind and safety, in addition to making sure that we will always be well received. I was staying with my 12-year-old son, who also very much liked the accommodations and how it was treated in this nice family home. Thank you very much for everything, excellent days in Niterói!

The place looked just like the photos. well-maintained. The host was incredibly friendly and always attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The space was spotless, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a good stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

My second time in RJ. The first quick pass due to the event of Rock In Rio 2022, I was accommodated very few days, but it was enough to fall in love with the site. I returned now to enjoy Réveillon 2025. Plainly clean suite, wonderful view from the window, outdoor area with an impeccable view. Mr Cláudio and his wife Yara always very welcoming and with great hospitality, I will definitely come back more often!!!

We stayed 4 nights and it was a great time. Our hosts were wonderful very nice and attentive. they gave us nice little touches. Claudio speaks English which is a real plus. The house is beautiful and quiet in a great area. We get to the center by bus or Uber. they allowed us to enjoy the pool which has a great view of the mountains. I could have stayed longer with pleasure, it feels like family.

at the beginning was afraid to be a coup because I'm new on arbnb but I arrived at the place with easy access the check-in hears a misunderstanding at the time but everything was a unique and wonderful experience of plus they treated us how family we spent Christmas with them a wonderful person rent without fear of being happy if you want to have a sensational experience this is the ideal place we rented at the last minute because my husband avows lost his brother and we canceled the other hosting and it was sensational

Great stay, made our turn of the year even more amazing! We went from uber, we were able to arrive without any problem, as it is well signposted with a sign on the corner. We were very well received by Márcia, very attentive, polite and available. Local very well taken care of, the suite is beautiful and the pool is always clean. I highly recommend!

Thaïs is a very kind and welcoming host! She just forgot to mention the pets, but she taught me how to deal with them so that there was no inconvenience to go out and get into the house. The only uncomfortable situation was the heat, which this time in Rio de Janeiro is quite intense and the ventilator of the room was not working. But nothing that a cold bath did not minimize 🙏🏼🌺

Wanda was super nice. She received us with some complementary drinks. The apartment is incredibly well located, 1 block from the beach, 2 blocks from Olegario Maciel (main road with lots of restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc). The place was super quiet & clean. The place is great! Well-structured, ideal for those who like to make quick passages around the city!

From the first moment Wanda was attentive and friendly, it allowed us to enter for a while before check-in, which made it a lot easier for us to check in. During the stay Wanda was always available in case we needed anything, she even had the detail to offer us to clean our room. The place is excellent and the shared kitchen space is comfortable and clean, plus it's very complete. We were very comfortable!

It was the best accommodation I have stayed in recent times, I felt at home, for sure whenever I come to Rio, that stay in this room.

Fantastic stay in Amauri’s apartment. Unbelievable views of Sugarloaf and Christ the Reedemer and a great terrace area complete with pool and outdoor kitchen. Amauri is a very thoughtful host who really takes the time to give advice / guidance about Rio and the local area. He took us to a local jazz bar which was a great introduction to Rio before Carnaval properly kicked off, and offers bike tours to those interested. Highly recommend!

Fully caring and friendly host. Place clean, impeccable and in great location. Safe environment with 24-hour doorman. Near several useful and tourist establishments (markets; pharmacies; subway; restaurants; sambódromo; cable car; samba city…). The perfect stay.

Loved my stay at the boarding house, no complaints I was very well received, the room I stayed in is perfect, well ventilated, bright and spacious, excellent cleaning and maintenance, privileged location in Botafogo, close to the subway, commerce, beach and everything else you need. I highly recommend!
