Walking distance from Crash Boat Beach, great restaurants, bars & grills, and delicious food that you will absolutely love. You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosks, Alta mar mojitos, and Others. Also find rental bikes, Jet ski, and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms equipped with A/C.

Sunset Beach House is a beach front house where you can see the most beautiful sunsets and enjoy the peacefulnes of the sea breeze . Just go down the stairs and you will step into the sand. Excellent location for surfing; you can walk the shore up to Rincón. Also you can walk to the east until Balneario Pico de Piedra. It has 3 bedrooms and one bath with domino table, wifi, tv and more amenities for you to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We have water heater for the shower.
