This is just such an incredible gem. We absolutely loved staying there. We were a family of three, staying in BA for three months - the apartment and location was ideal. Carolina and her family were so helpful on so many levels - extremely responsive and kind. They went to great lengths to make our stay really special and easy- we felt so welcomed and grateful for all their help. Meli and Carolina even offered to babysit on occasion - it was so great to experience BA as if we lived there properly, knowing we were in safe hands. My husband worked from a bedroom remotely during the stay. Internet was good with the occasional hiccup but Carolina fixed it within a few hours. That flat had everything we needed plus more! We reserved the rooftop bbq area some evenings which was so beautiful. There are two really great plazas/playgrounds nearby which our daughter loved. Amazing choice of restaurants and cafes. Its a definite up and coming area i cant recommend enough! Thank you!!

Great location for a visit to Palermo and nearby suburbs. This place was big enough for a family of 6 adults to have plenty of space, with multiple areas to relax. highly recommend this place.

Staying in Casa Gorriti for a month felt like living in a palace in the middle of the city. It was amazing! The house is an impeccable location, easily walkable through several neighborhoods. We regularly walked 20 mins to the Plaza Italia subte station to get around, but also got several Ubers/Cabify easily from our place. There are endless options of amazing restaurants nearby, and also a well stocked kitchen we used regularly. Groceries were convenient to get from many shops within 2-10 minutes walk. We took advantage of the excellent parrilla to grill as well! I worked remotely the whole time. WiFi was great, and I was able to get a comfortable setup with the desk upstairs. My favorite amenity was the rooftop terrace. We spent lots of time with our morning coffee, having lunch, or sipping wine in the evening. I wouldn’t recommend this place for those who are sensitive to noise at night. You can hear the nightlife until super late most days. Absolutely loved our stay here!!

We again visit this house again, which is perfect for a weekend with friends: several bedrooms/bathrooms, ping pong table, grill and pool. It is close to the center of Palermo (about 8-10 blocks).

Daniel's place has a great view and location, it is a very comfortable apartment and the most important thing it's that Daniel was very responsive and supportive all the time. I do recommend staying here.

The house exceeded all our expectations - it was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and in a perfect location for our needs. The house is large and was perfect for my family of 6. I definitely recommend it. Also, I must emphasize the kindness of the hosts... wonderfully, they helped me a lot with the check-in and out.

Everything was much better than we imagined. The attention of Federico and his family was the best, super attentive and available. The house is incredible, very comfortable, has everything and more. We had a beautiful family, pure relaxation, with the best facilities, it is very well equipped, everything you need for a great experience. It has very large and comfortable environments to enjoy many. The park is a dream. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we will definitely be back!

House has a very good floor plan. Exactly like the photos. Very responsive host. Answers very quickly. Needs more cutlery, plates and glasses.

That's what you see in the photos. The house is very nice and comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The garden and pool are also in pristine condition. For those of us who don't like “peeled” grounds, this one with its trees and its vegetation is beautiful. Matias, the host, is always helpful and kind to respond and resolve. We really enjoyed the stay. Definitely highly recommended!

Nicolas’ home is a true paradise retreat surrounded by a lush garden. The pictures do not completely reflect its charm - beautiful art and decoration, comfortable furniture, including many outdoor, fully equipped kitchen and a nearby supermarket. Nicolas is a true Super Host and a very nice one :) He is responsive, easy to communicate, flexible and accommodating. If you want a peaceful rest and an escape from the city noise and hassle, this Del Aviso villa in an oasis will be perfect for you. It was for us!

Beautiful home for sharing family or with friends. Very comfortable, bright, friendly. Even on cold winter days, you can take advantage of it very well.

Mariano and his wife are very attentive to the needs of the guests. He served us quickly by putting an air conditioner in the room due to the intense heat. If you like to be well served, this is the place.

Lovely house close to river and nice for swim.

Marcello is amazing: always approachable and had plenty of recommendations. The location was central to most places, either by walking, bus, or via taxi. Additionally, it felt very safe…plenty of people walking around late at night.

Florencia’s place was wonderful! They let us check in early and check out late, everything was wonderful and they were very responsive. Enjoyed the pool very much as well. Would definitely come back!

May & Seb. The place is cute, comfortable and located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, perfect for enjoying the city. Very close are some of the most beautiful parks, such as the Rosedal, the Japanese Garden and the Planetarium, ideal for strolling and relaxing in contact with nature. Hosts are responsive and responsive to any questions or needs, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and well attended stay in a privileged area of the city.
