La Maison in Montsoreau is a beautiful house, very spacious, very well equipped and very stylishly decorated. Plenty of space inside to sit and chill, or to exercise and a decent shaded space to sit outside to BBQ and to eat. The location is excellent, a good base for exploring the many things the Loire has to offer, as well as offering everything you need in the village itself, Bars, restaurants, butcher, baker and a reasonable mini supermarket.

A modern kitchen bar area features light wooden accents and white panels. Natural light flows through the adjacent windows, illuminating the space. A small decorative bear and glasses are placed on the bar, alongside a book. A framed print is displayed on the wall.

Sylvie and her son were nice when I arrived at the apartment and took the time to explain every detail I had to pay attention to in the apartment and show the environment around the apartment. The studio is in a quiet and convenient area, super close to a French school for foreigners. I would recommend this apartment to those looking for a pleasant experience!

William is very friendly, he was very welcoming to my partner and our children. Check-in was done with him, and checkout was independent. The accommodation is really perched on top of a hill, the house is hidden in the trees, with a large garden and a hot outdoor spa. The bedding is really very comfortable, too bad maybe that there are only 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is practical and of quality, and overlooks the entrance and garden. Very nice!

Sophie's apartment is just amazing, super well-equipped, very clean, super quiet. It's the perfect base from which to visit Tours and the region. Close to a tram stop, local shops within walking distance, you can park your vehicle in peace at the foot of the building. Sophie is a welcoming, considerate and super responsive hostess. I would recommned this property.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true haven of peace! I had an exceptional stay with Celine. His warm and caring welcome made the experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation is impeccable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for optimal comfort. The spa is a real plus: a moment of absolute relaxation in a soothing setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. The general atmosphere of the place invites relaxation and well-being. A huge thank you to Céline for her hospitality and small touches. I would recommend it without second thought and would be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at PrestiPlace Rue Baleschoux in the center of Tours! There were four of us, two adult couples, and the apartment was very clean with modern furniture. The kitchen and adjacent living area were conducive to socializing over drinks and snacks (we ate all our main meals out) and bedrooms were comfortable. There was an assigned parking spot in the courtyard of the building, which was convenient since we doing a driving tour of the nearby Loire Valley Chateaux. We spent one day in Tours visiting several interesting sites. The hosts Pascal and Sylvine were very friendly, responsive and spoke English well. We had some questions about how to open the gate to the courtyard and Sylvine arrived by bike within 5 minutes to explain. Tours is a lively college town with lots of bars (Koko Bar our favorite for cocktails) and restaurants (L'Idée Hall our favorite).

Warm welcome by the hosts and their children who immediately played with ours. The space was very clean, until complaints were dusted. The accommodation is very large. The rooms are very nice. A big plus for the exteriors and the hot tub. We enjoyed it a lot. The sheets are all soft and the bedding is very good quality. The kids spent their weekend between the net above the living room, the garden and the hot tub that they now know how to use better than their toothbrush 😅🤣 Dreamy weekend at the bottom of the greenway where you can also go for a walk or run.

It went very well. Be careful if you have a dog because Stanislas's dog is exuberant and territorial so it can be a little tricky. The accommodation is well located with a shopping center 2 or 3 km max. Everything was great, no complaints. I'll go back if I'm in the area again.

We had a fabulous stay at Marie's apartment. We came from the UK, booked a local car park Marie recommended that was a bargain at 34 euros for an entire week. The place was spotless, the amenities were great, the balcony was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything at the place was great and exactly as described. We have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in the beautiful city of Tours.

Very quiet environment and 15 minutes from the terms or the center, walks nearby. Catherine responds very quickly and is responsive. Small clean house ideal for family or alone, plenty of storage and all the amenities. A garden almost around the house should be appreciated in summer. Parking space is convenient.

Very functional, clean and convenient accommodation. Its big advantage is especially its location to visit the castles of the Loire, a large part is within an hour's drive. The parking is indeed a little sporty access, but with our C3 Aircross it just passed. 2 small downsides: we hear a lot from the neighbors (until about 10 p.m.) and the only pot is (I think) not suitable for plates: you have to wait 30 minutes to heat the water and cook simple pasta ...

Mary’s accommodation is very spacious and clean. You find internet and a big kitchen area and my dog was allowed to run around in the garden. My car was safe in the closed courtyard and everything was perfect! Thank you Mary!

Charming studio in the heart of the medieval town, just off the Creuse. 18 minutes' walk from the thermal cure. The markets twice a week are beautiful. Everything is done on foot. For the Tokyo studio, you should know that it is a folding bed in a closet. The garden is peaceful. Recommended.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.
