Simply excellent place, the photos describe the environment exactly. Easy location, great communication, everything extremely comfortable with many options in the building so as not to be bored or have any needs that cannot be met. I highly recommend it!

From the reception to the arrival at the apartment, everything was simply amazing. We were made to feel very welcome and guided, both by the staff and the hostess. The apartment provides everything we need, and even more! Refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, washing machine, hot shower, TV, coffee maker, anyway… Totally cozy. Located in a prime area of RP with a fair price and quick access to everything.

Impeccable apartment and kind and caring host. The place is very pleasant, with leisure options in the building and also in the surroundings. It is 8 minutes from Shopping Ribeirão, besides being close to excellent bars and restaurants. Voltaria for sure.

Excellent accommodation, very pleasant environment, clean and very organized, as described in the photos, a plus is that it has a laundry in the building, which helps a lot for travelers, the bakery near the accommodation is wonderful, I loved the hostess's tip. Márcia is very helpful and responds quickly to messages. It was very nice to host and we plan to return soon.

The property is in line with the announcement, is close to the HC of USP-RP but remains the addendum that the HC itself is more difficult to get on foot from any location (to those who do not know the campus). Neighborhood very quiet, quiet as the building. I managed to get the keys at the concierge and for the return I left it at the owner's residence as there is a lunch break for the concierge employees. Without any other problems. Very good, quiet city, I strongly recommend having a car to work things out.

Excellent house, very spacious, it is a great place to rest with friends and family. Eliabe helped us a lot and was quick in the answers and communication, she helped us with everything we need. I highly recommend it!

We were very well received, the place was as advertised, clean, we didn't miss any utensils at all, it was a fantastic weekend with friends. The host is very kind too ;). I definitely recommend it!

I rented with Francisco, who was super helpful and even made it clear that there was a work in progress on the premises. He filmed it so I could see if it would disrupt our stay. The day before our trip, my family and I got the flu, and we ended up not going. My friends went and even called me on video to show me the place, as they were impressed. Very beautiful, full of green areas, with a beautiful pool, tree house, slide, billiards, a terrace with beautiful views of the city, air-conditioned rooms, very comfortable and a house well-stocked with daily necessities. *note: according to my friends, the house delivers much more than is seen in the photos. It is worth renting as a group, for a delicious, comfortable weekend in the midst of nature (even within the city). Next time, I intend not to get sick and also enjoy a day in this super cozy place. =)

i really like the place, big and airy, matches the pictures. very neighborhood, nearby to do everything on foot. Host feels very kind and helpful in my questions, as we stay more than 20 days and whenever we need something he's always very helpful I'll come back more often.
