Vacation rentals in Ribeira Grande de Santiago

We were so glad we chose Casa Aloé Vera for our stay in Santiago - it was the perfect place to explore the island from. We loved eating Vany's delicious breakfasts watching the local birds from the veranda in the morning - the kingfishers are beautiful! The cottage is in a great location, just a 15-20 minute walk to Cidade Velha where there are some good restaurants and the fantastic UNESCO sights to explore. Inside the house itself is really homely, with everything you'd need to make your stay comfortable. Sonia was very communicative and even helped us find a travel agent to help with internal flight before we'd even. We'd love to return one day to this little spot of paradise.

The little paradise of the little country. Remarkable place, a breathtaking life, both when you wake up and at sunset. The welcome is just as generous, the breakfast included is great. We would recommend it in a second.

We had a wonderful time at Inkie's. The house is huge and luxurious. On the roof terrace you have an incredibly beautiful view of all the mountains. From the apartment, you can hike various routes and enjoy the scenery. Communication with Inkie was very easy and friendly. On request, you can also have very delicious food delivered to the apartment. Simply great!

Very well located accommodation, in the mythical rue Banana, the most picturesque in the village. It has a very pleasant terrace. On the other hand, the extra sofa bed needs to be replaced. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that dogs, roosters and goats can be heard for a good part of the night. But it's part of the atmosphere...

Super logement and super hôte

We had a great time staying in Joseph's airbnb! He organized our transfer from and to the airport which was really helpful. in the morning he made us coffee and told us many stories about Cidade Velha and Santiago island which we really enjoyed! Thank you for our great stay :)
