Just to say the apartment is a gem . with amazing views and extreme cleanliness. Comfortable bed and good quality lingerie..No car needed to go down downtown although there is a slope that is not for everyone . San Vicente de la Barquera is beautiful has good walks and eats luxury. And very close to other wonderful destinations. We didn't meet Elena in person but she was careful that everything was fine for us. We will definitely be back...

It's a great place to get to know the Romanesque Palencia of the mountains. Marta is very kind, as is Angel, her father. The town of Aguilar de Campoó is very nice. Monuments such as the church of Santa Cecilia, the collegiate church of San Miguel, the Romanesque interpretation center, Plaza de España, emblazoned houses, a walk along the river, gastronomy, and what can I say about the smell of cookies. Highly recommended.

The apartment was as described in the listing, very cozy and tastefully decorated, all the kitchen utensils, well located and clean. It's a bit small, but for short stays it's great

What about Marcos' apartment in Cimavilla, in a warm and typical Gijón neighborhood. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Marcos is an extremely attentive and welcoming host, who goes above and beyond to make things easier and help us. Her apartment is great, full of small details and multiple touches. You can find everything you need and even more. A huge thank you for wonderful stay in Gijón. We will be back with great pleasure in Marcos's apartment!

Totally recommended, and communication with Eusebio has been smooth, making him accessible at all times. As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and is in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, and it's as comfortable as being at home. A plus, also, if you are traveling with a dog. We'll be back!

Good apartment, just as advertised. Friendly and helpful people. One drawback is that the garage they offer for an additional €10 is a bit complicated to park in, although it is a nice touch that they have it. If I go back to León, it's definitely a place to consider.

Well located, clean, easy to find Very well equipped with everything necessary for a stay without stress. If I go back to Leon, I would stay with the Osk again. 100% Recommended

We spent 1 night at Ana's place on route to Santander to get the ferry back to the UK. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful little town that is full of character. All in all, we had a great experience.

The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

Perfect accommodation with all the comforts to spend a few days in Gijón. The location is great and it's a quiet neighborhood!! Glad to have been!

Great place to spend your holidays in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Angeles, who went up with us and showed us the apartment. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust in the entire house. Two large rooms with comfortable beds and spacious closets. Two super-clean bathrooms, a living/dining room with a large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The best part, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both a cool breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from Poniente Beach, 10 minutes from the port and 15 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first experience in an Airb&b apartment and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Angeles (the beach towels were a nice touch)

Couple trip with our dog (the one I definitely enjoy it the most) Wonderful surroundings, wonderful service, spectacular facilities, quiet, super safe for the dog to be loose around. Our dog was delighted, he befriended Piston, the dog of the owner of the property and he was left a little bed that he loved. We'll be back without hesitation

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at this accommodation. In addition to an exquisite taste in decoration, cleanliness, order... it has everything you need. Very good location and close to the ski resort. Cozy apartment and everything as described. Good heating. Ivan was always very available from the start. The only downside is not having Wi-Fi.
