Excellent. Hosts are attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is just as you see in the photos, the apartment is not huge, that is, the bathroom is huge, comfortable and practical, enough for 3 or 4 people, and the house has all kinds of appliances, as well as an Italian coffee maker, in addition to having a radiant floor that is very happy to walk in socks there. As for the location it is in a quiet neighborhood, with very easy parking right in front of the house, and in a matter of 5 minutes or less walking you reach Plaza de Aguilar. Totally recommended, I will definitely repeat when I stayed in the area.

The apt was as described in the listing, very flirty and tastefully decorated, all the utensils of kitchenware, well located and clean. It is something small but for short stays it is great

The apartments are in a very beautiful complex and despite the proximity of the road, your sleep will be peaceful as the bedroom windows face a green area. Very comfortable beds. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. Monica shared with us the recommendations of her favorite restaurants and cafes. Thank you, it was delicious for us! There are many beautiful beaches and recreation areas nearby for walking. We recommend you to choose an apartment for your vacation.

The flat was perfectly prepared for our stay, with details that you don't normally find and appreciated. The house has been very comfortable and the attention of the host, impeccable. A plus have a parking space as there were not many places to park.

We spent 1 night at Ana's place on route to Santander to get the ferry back to the UK. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful little town that is full of character. All in all, we had a great experience.

The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

This place was fantastic and a great example as to why choose an Airbnb over a hotel. It had loads of small details to make you feel perfectly at home straight away. Great amenities, it was very comfortable, excellent host who was very responsive. We really loved our stay and would recommend.

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at this place. In addition to exquisite taste in decoration, cleanliness, order.. has everything you need. Toilet products, kitchen products, all kinds of utensils. Likewise, the hostess is attentive to you at all times, she responds very quickly. The garage is right next to it and the area is pedestrian. Very good location to go with children, a park just below. We'll definitely repeat it. Thanks for everything.

This is the second time that we have chosen an airbnb as a stay, and the satisfaction was very pleasant. The apartment provides you with everything you need from utensils to appliances , it is a very welcoming place, the pellet stove gave us life since we did not get cold, the bathroom whirlpool is a fantasy, and Ivan and Gema are charms, they worried that we did not miss anything at any time , and they recommended a spa and mountain routes, in addition Ivan provided us with a discount to rent our ski equipment, since the purpose of the stay was to look for a place close to the track of San Isidro. We would certainly stay again in the future.

Our stay at Monica’s was lovely 🥰 the apartment was so clean and the beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The pictures don’t do it justice! We would definitely come back. Great locations, minutes from beach and restaurants and great coffee just below. The apartment had everything we needed. Xx🙏❤️☀️🌊
