Our transaction was handled by Ümit and it was outstanding. Great communication and a great host from the start. The apartment was as described and we felt comfortable right from the start. Good transport links and yet quiet apartment. Unfortunately, we did not stay long, but we would be happy to return anytime. The café recommendation at the Coffee Gang was also brilliant. An absolute 5-star experience

We stayed repeatedly in the very comfortably furnished apartment. We felt comfortable right from the start. Very well equipped and perfectly complemented by the parking space right outside the door. Christian himself is always available and very helpful. Excellent communication 👍 5 stars for the apartment and we'd love to come back.

Great place! Everything looks better than in the photos, very comfortable bed as well as sofa, I particularly liked the decor. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with a lot of products, which has been very enjoyable. Tobias is a very kind and quick helpful host. We really enjoyed the time there and will definitely come again!

The spa was absolutely amazing. The outdoor area, which was not visible from the neighborhood, was also beautifully prepared. Good accessibility via cell phone and delicious small breakfast perfect to start the day. Clear recommendation and always happy to come back to you.

I have to say it was a sincere pleasure to stay in this lovely flat. Patrick had the place fully equipped, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was a real gem! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real special stay in Köln!

Quiet, private place on the lake. The weather did not allow for a swimming pool. Spacious loft for 8 people. But without a car, logistics will be difficult. The owner and staff are very friendly, and quickly solve emerging needs while staying.

We had a wonderful time at Susanne and Vilmar’s place. Sitting in the hot tub and watching the stars is hard to beat. The communication was very good and very friendly. Recently refurbished apartment on the upper floor of a detached house in a quiet suburban area. Very complete kitchen, everything very clean. Nice host. About 15 minutes walk to the nearest trainstation with every 20 minutes connection to the centre of Köln. Only one (but not minor these days) issue: the wifi was to weak to establish a connection to our phones and tablets.

Mathias is probably the nicest airbnb host I have met so far. Very attentive, quick at answering. It felt more like I was visiting a friend! The flat is one room with all you need with a lovely balcony and a good hot shower. The kitchen is tiny, but I didn’t plan to cook anyway. The location is great. Quick train to the Dom/central station and you can easily walk to Severinstrasse which is a nice area full of cafes and shops. Thank you Mathias!

Great, very friendly hosts. The loft bed was still usable with my 1.93 m and downstairs you also had the opportunity to sit down with a desk and armchair. The bathroom accessible via the staircase took getting used to and was a bit small, but was okay for my purposes. Thanks for the great, warm hosts 🙂

Very nice and clean bedroom and bathroom. Despite being in an apartment with the hosts, we had undisturbed privacy throughout. The apartment is easily accessible by tram. The contact was very friendly, professional, easy-going and straightforward. Even a later check-in was no problem after consultation. All in all, I can recommend the place with a clear conscience.
