Very fast and above all nice contact. Location is really great. Everything as in the pictures.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Our time in was great. Doris was very friendly and easy to communicate I would book this place again.

We spent a long weekend with my extended family in this beautiful house and we lacked nothing, beautifully decorated with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining area and garden and well equipped kitchen and immediate starting point of many excursion destinations. Glad to come back!

Beautiful home, very clean, warm, and inviting. Stunning location, and conveniently located near the autobahn and the larger town of Oetz, which had many great restaurants. Our host was lovely - so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Could not have asked for more!

Everyone was totally impressed with the place and we are already considering coming again next year. Stylish decor, enough space, great views, beautiful rooms and sauna and pool to cool off. Also for cooking, there was everything you wanted in terms of amenities. Are very satisfied! *****

The house is significantly bigger than it looks on the photos. The furniture, interior design, and appliances are perfectly thought out down to the last detail. Peter is an outstanding host – we felt like at home. This property has set a new benchmark for us for cottages.

We stayed with Daniela and Nils for the 2nd time now. We loved it again, there was nothing missing. We look forward to next time :))

Place & location were nothing short of amazing! Loved it. Ehrwald is spectacular with Zugspitze in your backyard And not as many crowds as in Garmisch A+

We felt very quickly at home. Even if it was only a small room on the 2nd floor with integrated small kitchenette and dining table with two chairs, the space was sufficient for two people. The room as well as the bathroom accessible via the hallway was very clean at check-in. The mattress as well as the topper and linens were in extremely good and clean condition. The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary (dishes, 1x small pan, 1x large cooking pot, 1x small cooking pot, coffee maker including pods, oil /vinegar/ salt and pepper, rags and sponge including dish soap, Zewa). The balcony directly adjacent to the room was also beautiful and equipped with a small table with two chairs. From there you could even see the Zugspitze in good weather. The almost consistently rainy and cold weather surprised us a little and made our plans a little difficult, but we were still able to do some nice activities.

We liked it super well! The location is great! Right at the bus stop and not far from the supermarket. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you need! We especially appreciated the kitchen, where we easily had all the utensils for cooking. Beatrice was super accessible, always responded and was very friendly. Thank you! We would come back again and again!

Andrea was very kind. We were late because of en-route traffic in Salzburg but she was kind enough to accept our late check-in. The apartment has 3 big bedrooms and a private garden where we ate our lunch. Stunning view! We need to make sure we have enough cash in Austria as bank charges extra for withdrawing cash at atm. Lot of places expect cash as payment including the tourist tax at Sautens.

This is an outstanding place! It is clean, comfortable, quiet with a private garden with an amazing Mountain View. Petra is a great host, we felt like family and would come back again, it was an excellent value, I highly recommend this place.

There was everything you need for a short stay. As a starting point for ski resorts Berwang and Lermoos very good. Very tranquil place (Heiterwang).

Yvonne and Franco were fantastic hosts! I truly enjoyed my stay at their place. The property was incredibly spacious, with plenty of rooms and beds, and everything was spotless. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even gifting us a thoughtful basket of fruits, bread, butter, and chocolate to snack on. There were so many amazing attractions within a 30-minute drive, including Neuschwanstein Castle, Highline 179, Reutte on Ice, and Zugspitze. My family and I completely fell in love with the charming town of Reutte, Austria. Highly recommend!

We had four very nice days in Birgit's cozy, typical Austrian furnished house. We also liked to sit in our own small garden. The apartment is super equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself or in the bathroom! The location is a little off the beaten path, but you can reach a small shopping center for all needs in a few minutes by car. Beautiful hiking destinations are in the immediate vicinity. Birgit was super nice, helpful, and always responsive to everything!

Beautiful views, a little bit of a walk from the bus but a lovely walk at that. Nice remote village but still not far from anything. lovely place and felt super cozy. Having access to netflix on the big tv was a bonus

Thanks a lot to Thomas, We were well received, house with a very nice view of the quiet mountain, charming house well maintained and well-equipped. Perfect for us and our 3 year old daughter. We stayed with Reinhard and Evi for a week and felt right at home. There is nothing missing in the apartment, the hosts were always very friendly and helpful. We went skiing every day in Kühtai during the week. The drive to the ski resort is a bit strenuous, but we were already aware of that beforehand. Overall everything great! We would recommend it anytime.

The apartment is super modern, very tasteful and comfortably furnished and equipped with the utmost comfort. It also has a washing machine. We especially liked the sophisticated lighting design in the entire apartment. The well-stocked book library was also nice - there is something for everyone. Numerous brochures for excursions in the region are also available. Daniel & Kathi were always available for questions. The apartment is superbly located close to shopping (in Mötz there is an MPreis, with Stams a large SPAR) and highway (no noise audible). In the area we found great restaurants with very tasty food, including the 'Orangerie' in Stams, in Gasthaus Stiegl in Untermieming and in the inn 'Locherboden' in Mötz. In Obermieming we discovered the very nice cafe/pastry shop Maurer with a huge and very fine offer. 20 minutes by car in Oetz in the Oetztal, we let ourselves be pampered at Café Heiner to a stroke and thread.
