Very good house, beautiful spaces and consistent with the photos. We were made to feel very welcome by Petrônio. The pool was clean, has a great shower outside the house, neat rooms, a full kitchen. We only think that it sinned a little in the cleaning inside the bathroom box that had a kind of "mud " in the drains where we took a bath that lacked attention, because it came out easy , and because of this only using one of the bathrooms and two other details of attention in the cleaning, but nothing that made the stay unfeasible or that did not resolve. I recommend it

The place is simple but hyper-functional. The swimming pool and the barbecue made a difference in the hot days of hahaha. Roberta is an extremely solicitous, friendly and certainly a differential host. City Council gave local recommendations, relaxed check-in and check-out, in short, note 10! The space is very quiet and ideal for relaxing, just to the proposal! Thank you, Roberta!

Extremely beautiful house, all very neatly tidy, a perfect place not even wanting to leave. I loved every little piece of the house, all very cozy and exactly or even more beautiful than in the photos, I will definitely return to this paradise. The house is beautiful, well taken care of and is close to the reserve beach. The rooms are comfortable, clean bed and bathrooms and the kitchen is well equipped. There are no nearby supermarkets (for walking), but by car is very fast. I recommend carrying repellent as there were mosquitoes because of the heat. The Junior housekeeper is super considerate and helpful!

Perfect place to spend holidays with family, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, barbecue area and very good swimming pool, safe condominium, everything perfect, Fernando answered all the questions quickly, in short the family liked the residence too much, we will come back more times... 😎

Hands down the best Host ever!! Tathy, Alfredo's wife was super sweet & always responsive. It seemed like no matter what time of day it was she was always responding. Definitely the best communication, the house was beautiful! And she even helped me to make sure that I could get a cake delivered for my daughter's birthday. She had everything at the house that was needed from decorations, to cake holder, and tape. I really appreciated her hospitality and excellent communication. Really wish they had other airbnb's, I would book it in a heartbeat! Also, her cleaning lady was super sweet as well. Thank you for everything!!

There were a time of great calm, peace, family tranquility, where we can relax, enjoy all the accommodations of the house and the place. Casa has exceeded my expectations. Praia Gostosinha, great for children, with kiosk, good for an afternoon. I loved the pool, gourmet area and game area. We'll be back soon.

I had a grateful surprise with this house... It is cozier and more functional than shown in the pictures. An excellent home with good space and great functionality. I stayed with my family and we were very comfortable with everything. The host, Alan, always very cordial, kind and friendly... helped us in everything we need for our period in the house. They were very nice days. My family and I thank you for your stay and intend to return soon.

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

I stayed less than a day in the house and had already left wanting to come back again. The space is beautiful, cozy and perfect for those who want to relax and disconnect (or make a tbm recording that was what I went to do haha). It still has a wonderful mini waterfall close to the house. We'll be back soon!!!

The stay was excellent. The space is great, very beautiful, the house is impeccable. It is located in a very easy to find location, it has beaches nearby and communication with José was very quick, he always answered my questions. The house is extremely comfortable, I went in a group of 8 people and we were very well accommodated. Besides the beauty of the house, it had a great pool. We had a lot of fun and I certainly indicate!

The house welcomed my family perfectly in every way, everything that is in the listing has been fulfilled. Mr Jaime and his wife Daniele were extremely receptive and very kind in the service throughout the stay. Surely we'll be back soon 🙌🏻

My family and I spent wonderful days at Cleide's property, we felt at home. The condominium where the house is located has a spectacular structure, especially for those who go with children, as it is very quiet, has bike paths, outdoor parks, access to the club, gym and practically private beach. We were during the carnival period and even though it was a more agitated time, it was super quiet. There was no noise after 22h, as determined by the condominium rule. We'll definitely be back for more opportunities!

we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. Wow!!! what an amazing place. Katiane and Aninha were great. Fábio’s place is paradise on Earth. We went for a family reunion, 3 night stay and we all had a hard time to leave. Highly recommended ☀️🇧🇷

Place was great very clean and tidy no complains on that end just a little inconvenient of a location as it is kind of up a hill, I would recommend the hosts partnering with some of the guys who offer to carry luggage for money to make a better value for the guest and a easier process

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned rooms and an equipped kitchen. Oceanfront. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because you access it through the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Parties are held very close to the house, this can be a little annoying for people who are very sensitive to noise, in our case it was not particularly a problem since there is a back room with a private bathroom and double door where you can hardly hear anything. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila, the girl who takes care of the house, is very friendly and helpful. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! A beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.

the house is so cute. Local fulfills what you propose: peace and quiet. All very clean. Hosting staff very helpful and polite. Well equipped. I really enjoyed it and plan to come back. You have a few points of attention for the traveler: 1) if you are going with your dog, the ground fence does not prevent escape so you have to keep an eye. (we were informed before and, because we have an elderly dog, we had no problems). 2) the toilet space in the bathroom is small, for us it didn't make a difference, but if it's someone bigger 3) the room is large, air-conditioning works super well, but the mattress is one of the "softer", I prefer it firmer.
