Beautiful place in a gorgeous tropical setting-steps from the beach. Lovely pool area, parking right underneath the apartment. Plenty of room inside, three full bathrooms, washer and dryer, lots of bath and beach towels.

You can hear and see the water from the porch. The condo was spotless and very comfortable. There are walking paths, golf right outside the door and the pool was really nice too

Jenny is a phenomenal host - so friendly, great communication (before, during and after the stay), very accommodating and helpful when any question came her way. She was accessible during our stay and just overall a great host, one of the best I've encountered throughout all of my airbnb experiences. She was able to provide local recommendations for our group to organize excursions, chef meals, and transportation all ahead of time. Thank you Jenny! The home was immaculate when we arrived. This is a stunning property within a private very safe neighborhood with hill top views. Kitchen/bedrooms/baths were all spotless when we arrived and there was zero clutter. Highly recommend this home for any group visiting slightly outside of San Juan.

A Wonderful Stay at Brenda's I wholeheartedly recommend this home. Brenda goes above and beyond to ensure her guests' comfort. She thoughtfully provides everything you might need for a pleasant stay, including sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, and more. The home itself is incredibly spacious and fun, filled with a variety of games. Brenda is also very responsive to any questions or concerns. Located conveniently downhill, you'll find a bakery, pizza shop, ice cream shop, restaurant, and a convenience store offering liquor, souvenirs, and snacks. The friendly and helpful locals add to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ypu will never get anything else from a Boricua!!! My grandchildren and I had lots with all the games, pool table, but eespecially in the pool! Thank you Brenda to and your husband!

Jesse’s place is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well located, just a 15 min drive to town and short drive to beaches. Our family had a great stay. Jesse and Abdieel were very responsive. I would recommend their place to any guests. Not to mention the views are spectacular.

I have stayed in Palmas many times before but this place was incredible. The place is exactly as the pictures. Imagine waking up to the sound of the ocean, the beach is just a few steps from the apartment and the restaurants are just minutes away. You have to try La Pescadería with excellent sea food. The host was on point with clear instructions to get in and made really good suggestions on what to do at the resort. I loved the place and will definitely recommend it.

This stay is beautiful. The pool over looks the mountains and is super serene. Perfect for a couple get away or a friends trip.

Ivelisse was friendly and communication was excellent. The place was spotless, AC was wonderful and bed was so comfortable. Easy access from the airport and many things to do in the area, within walking distance. Area was safe. Check in and check out was easy. Thank you for the welcome snacks! I will definitely come back again.
