The home was beautiful, and spacious. It was actually bigger than expected. The hosts were great! They got back to me quickly when contacting them. The hosts were flexible with the reservation. I needed to change some things last minute and they were able to work with me. The area was quiet, with a variety of stores and places to eat. The house rules and instructions were simple and to the point, making it easy at check out. The property was worth the amount listed, especially if traveling with a larger group.

4 min drive to Diamond Peak ski resort. Family friendly, we love the game room that has a good variety of games. Spacious room. Modern and clean bathroom. Love the almost queen-sized bunker bed for kids. Board games, spacious dining area. Great natural lighting in living room and dining area. Very relaxing for non-skiing hours. Can't appreciate more.

We loved our stay at the Tuxon house. The house was cozy, rustic, and neat, and the surrounding property was also nice (we especially loved the animals). The hosts were very kind and gave us a tour of the property, introducing us to the two emus. We also loved getting to know the horses, and especially the pony. The location is also extremely convenient - perfect if you plan to ski/snowboard at Mt. Rose or explore Reno. Thank you for the great weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Farzon’s place. The home is very clean, spacious and cozy and backs up to the lovely forest where my daughter had fun sledding and playing in the snow just behind the house. Although the indoor fireplace isn’t functional, we enjoyed being able to use the gas fire table outside on the deck when the weather was nice. Gracious and communicative hosts and it was also a treat to have access the lovely piano. Very quiet neighborhood in a great location with easy access to the lake, amenities, and the beautiful East Shore Trail within 10 minutes. Super well stocked kitchen as well. Would definitely return! Thank you! :)

We loved staying at Ginny’s place! Our daughter plays volleyball. We come to Reno ones a year and this the first house we felt comfortable in as a big family. I would definitely recommend this home and we’ll be back next year.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. Madison was outstanding on both occasions. I found her friendly efficient and that she runs a tight ship. The house was clean, well appointed and everything worked exactly as expected. It’s a perfect location if you have business or pleasureat the northern part of the Reno Sparks area. Easy to get to from the airport or if you’re driving in from either east or west on I 80. I will stay here again my next trip. Perfect set up.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike & Tay’s beautiful Tahoe home! The space was cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a mountain getaway. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout was ideal for relaxing with family. It snowed heavily our first few days, and they made sure the driveway and deck were plowed daily- always with a heads-up, which we really appreciated. While we didn’t use the hot tub this time, everything else exceeded expectations. They were also incredibly gracious and understanding when we had a small accident involving one of their items- true examples of thoughtful, kind hosts. We felt right at home and are already hoping to make this an annual tradition. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming Tahoe escape!

The house is beautiful and provided exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great place for the kids to play in the Snow and full amenities. The house was great. It does have a lot of stairs and as the listing says was not child proof, kept me very active with my 1 yr old. Would go back again

The house was exactly how it’s described and really clean. I have 2 young boys and the basement with the different activities was amazing. The house is located near a fairly busy street and the street noise can be a bit loud late at night/early in the morning. However, there were ear plugs available which worked out great! Thanks for the great stay!

Charming home in the heart of downtown Spark NV

Great place to stay in sparks! Pretty central to everything if you have a car. It will take 10 mins to get to downtown or any large shopping centers. Three bedrooms and great for the price. 3 bathrooms as well! Only thing I would consider is that there is no couch or tv in main living area and the bathrooms are pretty small. Overall was a wonderful stay!

Lark & Justin were lovely hosts. very kind and respectful. Always greeted with a smile. Their place was welcoming and very clean. They supplied everything you may need for an overnight stay, and more. The beds were so comfortable (and im very picky about beds because of my back and hips) Very peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood, close to the beautiful Truckee River. One thing to note is that mine and my friends GPS (Google maps) both changed the street address to a neighbors house. Just double check once you input the address that it doesn't automatically change the address. not sure why this happened for us and not the other guest (who luckily was the first to arrive.)

We loved our stay at Dana’s cabin! It was a quaint, cozy cabin with a remodeled kitchen with all amenities. It’s a home stay vibe rather than a modern one and its location to Northstar was perfect! Parking was easy and checkin was simple. It might be good for families with young children or pets to know that there is an open spiral staircase that takes you to the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the bathroom on the top floor but it was fine as we used the bath room on the bottom floor for showers. I liked seeing all the spices in the kitchen and we wish we had time to use the hot tub. All in all, highly recommend!

The space was peaceful and homey, and within walking distance to a healthy grocery store, great restaurants and shopping. Valerie (lovely co-host) went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, and was very responsive. I loved my stay at Ashley and Jordan’s place.

Rhonda was very friendly! She helped with anything that came up during my stay. Any chance she had to talk she took it and chatted with me. It was pretty quiet for the most part. I felt safe even coming back in the ell past dark so I think that is super important to note. My last night, there was a dog barking any time someone was by the entrance and it was also loose in the house. Since I had not heard it since my entire stay I figured it was a new guest but not 100% sure. If I ever need to stay again it will be here! Thank you Rhonda!

The hosts allowed me privacy and space to find relaxation while I was for a three days and two nights stay at their airbnb. The room decor and amenities were well thought out, sheets, patterns and color lightened my mood during on cloudy days, and dogs made just enough noise to give a sense of security. Thank you both.
