Everything was so great! The check in was super easy with clear instructions. They even had umbrellas and things in the home for us to borrow! Very quiet at night, and the blinds keep it very dark in the room! Within an easy walk to the path train for NYC adventures. We will definitely be booking this space again!

everything was really good, evelyn was kind enough to let us book a one-night stay very last minute which was so helpful. the only thing was that the wifi was really unstable and kinda bad, but we were only there for a night so it was ok.

Shaun's apartment is just as shown on line. He was VERY responsive and answered all my questions usually within minutes! Easy to get in and out PLUS private parking a BIG PLUS!! Located in a great location, lots to walk too and easy short distances. Would definately stay here again!

We chose to stay at Mignon's place rather than in NYC to save some money and to get away from the hustle and bustle. It provided all we needed, comfy beds, quiet street, easily accessible public transit to NYC and a gracious host. Mignon's place is within walking distance of grocery stores, liquor stores and plenty of eateries. She has a detailed booklet which tells you of all the places nearby to get some goodies. Mignon also sent a very detailed note on how to navigate public transit. It made me feel safe and comfortable taking my family into the city. I would highly recommend Mignon's place for anyone looking for a close place to NYC but far enough away to get a break from the busy city.

Stayed here for a quick trip to NYC! This Air BnB was beautiful and very clean! Hung Mao was extremely helpful and kind, very responsive over text. He helped us with all of our bags and questions about New Jersey/ New york. He had print outs of instructions of was public transit to take based off where you are trying to go in the city and layed out exactly where to go, what busses/ trains to take, and where to get off. Air Bnb 3 ins from a direct bus into NYC took about 15-20 mins! Hung Mao does offer a complimentary parking permit for your vehicle however parking can be very difficult to find in Hoboken so be prepared to drive around for a while to try and find parking/ Parking a little ways away from the Ari Bnb. The airbnb was only one street over from the main street with all of the restaurants and shops of Hoboken, very convenient. Would stay here again!

Henry was an amazing host ! I stayed for a week and he even agreed to a later check out time at no additional charge! Everything was so clean , he provided extra towels also . The kitchen has more than enough pots and pans , I cooked my entire time there so it was very helpful. Henry was very responsive to me when I needed help with the WiFi and trash disposal ! Would definitely stay here again !

Stayed there for a Month,My stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything needed peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Sylvia is an amazing hostess. Super friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed staying in her home. The home feels like a real retreat. You almost feel as if you're far away from the city yet it is so near. if you're looking for a place that is quite and in tuned with nature, yet close to the city, this is is it! Sylvia's home is cozy. She keeps a beautiful front area, with lots of plants. Her backyard, is spacious. Overall, we have nothing but praise and would definitely consider coming back again.

Damien has equipped the place with very good quality furnishings, kitchen and dinnerware which has made our stay so many levels above staying in a hotel. It felt like our home and Damien truly deserves the Super host label.

I have stayed at Frank's flat several times already and it has always been flawless.

Me and my family completely loved Saidy and Ed’s home it was beautiful had plenty of house amenities the washer and dryer came very handy! The host was more then communicative they checked in through our stay and was available for any questions or concerns! We don’t have anything bad to say about there home everything was perfect more then asked for ! They even greeted us with a gift that had my name which was very nice and throughtful of them! Would love to come back highly recommended feels just at home easy and private entrance and house rules were very simple to follow hope they have a vey good holiday and we hope to return back very soon god blessing.

Eli was an excellent host. He was very accommodating. The space was clean and we were very comfortable in the home. We had a great stay! Very close to New York too. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect in every way especially for our family which ranged from grandparents, children, and grandchildren.

Our stay was great. Location was perfect if you’re going to drive into Manhattan. Host reached out to me prior to my arrival for check-in at 3 pm that the unit was not quite ready and if I didn’t mind checking in later closer towards 5-6 pm. I agreed since I had business to handle that went past the original scheduled time and would have checked in past 3 pm. Location/Check In & Out- Area is quiet, felt safe and very nice. Parking could be challenging since it’s street parking. During my stay I was lucky to find a space in front of the property. Check In & Out was very easy and to the point. Amenities- I didn’t cook, but everything needed ie: pots, dishes utensils were available and TV in the living area. Space - everything was tidy, clean just like the photos. smelled great and was super cool when arrived. (A/C on prior to arrival) I have only one complaint: Hot water was very scarce otherwise my stay was great and would definitely book again. * Great restaurants in the area.

Marlon’s place was clean, cozy and close the airport. My husband and I are both tall, so the full bed meant we snuggled, but it was comfortable and convenient for our early flight out of JFK.

The location was fantastic! It was conveniently close to the train system and situated in a peaceful area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was perfect for our stay which included a great location, great views, and a nice layout. The location in the upper west end was minutes away from Broadway shows, museums, and great restaurants/shopping, and more. We loved the convenience of Starbucks, Morton Williams supermarket, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Our bedroom with king size bed was very comfortable for my wife and me, and the pullout sofa bed in living room was very convenient for our daughter. Finally, our host, Steven was friendly and very responsive with any communications before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again for all these reasons and more.

Our stay at Benjamin’s Airbnb was exceptional! The place was great access to the city. The place was well equipped with anything you needed, very clean, and very comfortable. We easily found street parking outside. Finally, Benjamin was a great host. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations on how to get into the city and was very responsible. I would highly recommend staying here!
