Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Reggio Calabria

The place is amazing. Unbelievable peaceful, disconnect of everything but close to some coffees. Comfortable and Clean. Could be amazing if at least have WiFi but it’s perfect if you want to do yoga and stay away of everything I love it. PD: I think it’s important have a car on this location.

The apartment is brand new, modern and cared for in every detail. Every comfort is assured: air conditioners in all rooms, a dream-equipped kitchen, two impeccable bathrooms, a washing machine, a dryer, and even a charming private garden where you can relax. The hosts, Diego and Antonella, are extraordinary: kind, helpful and always attentive to every need. Their hospitality makes this apartment even more special. Don't look elsewhere! Maria’s home was beautiful it was very nicely decorated and we felt at home here! The location was also great and Maria gave us good recommendations for things to do in and around Messina. Maria was very accommodating as a host and was flexible with our check in / check out times which took a lot of stress out of our holiday and we would definitely stay here again ☺️

I booked a long stay. great location: bus stop, cafeteria, bakery etc. basically downstairs, also 5 minutes from a supermarket. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. MariaRosaria and Stefano are the best folks ever, would love to visit again.

Federico is an amazing host. Even though I had to cancel my trip, Federico welcomed my husband instead and was very proactive (asked for my husband's number to explain the check-in). The place is cozy and homey, it was such a pleasant stay. The bathroom is huge and squicky clean. The location of the apartment is great, it is only a few minutes from the ferry marina, and you can easily continue with the trip afterwards. All in all, wonderful stay.

Unique apartment, very comfortable, clean, spacious, modern and stylishly decorated. The best option to stay in Messina. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay, for a good vacation and a good sleep and even more. Fabio was very responsive, was always in touch and helped in every way possible. idyllic mountain village surrounded by friendly Italian people. in winter it can get cold in the house, even if the sun laughs in the morning surrounded by lemon trees. We've always had power outages. It was worth a trip. 🍋🌞🍊

Came into town for our honeymoon after running around all the major cities in Italy. Always love Messina and next time will surely just be in Messina! First time getting an air bnb instead of staying with family. Between the great price, beautiful house w a view and of course ac we’d love to stay again:)

Katia’s villa is absolutely beautiful, abounding with unique and colorful touches. It is pristine and spacious, and Katia thoughtfully stocks the space with sweet snacks, cereal, milk and eggs. When my husband became ill during our trip, Katia was so supportive and assisted us in making sure he got prompt medical attention. Katia is so kind, and the villa is reflects her welcoming spirit. Highly recommended!

The house is in the center of the beautiful village of Chianalea (there are stairs to get there), in a quiet and strategic location to get to the sea in a few minutes on foot. It perfectly matches the listing description and is equipped with everything. The two bathrooms are spacious and well furnished. The terrace offers a very nice view of the sea. Matteo is a very attentive host and available for any needs, with great flexibility on check-in and check-out. Highly recommended stay.

Don’t hesitate and proceed to book without a doubt! This was a wonderfully functional, modern, and thoughtfully done up place. I loved the location - private enough to be homely and calm, but in a short walk at the beach, boulevard, close to basic amenities like shops and restaurants, tons to see and do within easy reach of a few steps. The host was kind, accommodating, and flexible. The communication was one of the best ever experienced. Special mention to the capsule coffee machine and the ability to pick up and drop off bags at will. There was some unexpected but routine work being done in the apartment booked, and I was upgraded to a larger one of the same nature right opposite it. Was very pleased! Thanks to the host and his team. Please note the place is close to Reggio Calabria Lido station by foot of around 8 mins and to Centrale around 33 mins - local bus or taxi will get you there in a shorter time.

Lovely Apartment, great view from the balcony where we spent really nice dinner, and Gabriele and Martina are really nice guest.
