We had a great stay at Brenden’s, the place was very well maintained, and provided plenty of room for four of us (2 adults, 2 kids under 7). House is very cozy and well equipped, even though there are some neighbors around the area, you still get plenty of privacy and nice surroundings. Kids loved the fire pit, didn’t get a chance to use the grill this time but it was in good shape. Great communication from the hosts, look forward to staying again on trips up North.

The cabin in Saxton was a great home away from home for our family to meet for Thanksgiving this year. The place was comfortable and warm with all of the wood and coordinating decor, and the small touches by the hostess (recommendations, toiletries, etc.) showed her attention to detail and ensuring we were comfortable during our stay. When we had to reach out to Kacie for something, she was quick to respond (even on Thanksgiving day) and willing to help if needed.

This was my first stay at this property, but my second stay with this host! The quality of the apartment furnishing and decor is luxurious. The location is ideal—3 blocks from the Capitol complex. The full kitchen is perfect for my evening dinner and breakfast, letting me save money. The mattress is brand new, and the heat/thermostat worked perfectly. Front door entry is private and right next to free parking. I hope to come back as frequently as I can find it available.

My spouse and I stayed the night at the Creekside Cottage it was perfect for us the kitchen was clean and perfect open concept we kayaked, made a fire, roasted marshmallows, then went in and ended the evening with unsolved mysteries we look forward to staying again soon this is our New go to spot for our PA trips. Host was responsive house was very clean and comfortable, more than enough room for a couple or family. It was close to shopping and we had Cracker Barrel for dinner which I highly recommend.

What an amazing stay! Karen took care of us so well ahead of time that our stay was flawless! Easy check-in, beautiful home, LOTS to do without even leaving the building, and something for everyone! Very spacious and clean, and no doubt we’ll be back! I highly recommend this place if ever you visit Hershey or the Hummelstown area! Can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was! We loved this place! We had a nice chill weekend with a group of girlfriends and it was great! Some of us walked to get coffee in the morning and we went to the fabulous crepe place just down the street the next morning on our way out. My only complaint was that it has a very strong odor when we get there, but it went away as we aired the place out! Highly recommend:)

My mom and I loved our stay here! Victoria was super kind and gave us suggestions on where to hike and eat when we asked. Willy got along great with my pup. The house was clean and in a peaceful area. We definitely want to come back here again!!

Beautiful, spacious home. Great layout - open great room and kitchen area; great bedrooms with comfy beds. Our youngest loved swimming in the pool and using the game room. Nice little touches - towels at the pool, well-appointed bathrooms (with single use amenities). Ada was very responsive. Home was very clean. We had a wonderful weekend stay.

Very quaint, well maintained, main floor of an older country home, well stocked with literally anything you'd need. Private front and back entrances, sitting porch with landscaping and very large, spacious yard, peaceful surroundings. Residents of other units and homes nearby were very friendly. Great location, with ready access to nearby amenities. Planning repeat stays when working locally in fall and next spring.

This place was so clean. It’s not a modern/new house but it looked, felt, and smelled clean. Plush towels, a basket full of extras in case you missed packing some essentials, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Crystal was responsive to questions and let us check in early so we could freshen up before heading to a wedding rehearsal. I was there with my 70+ yo parents and the two flights of steps to the apartment were a bit of a surprise, so definitely a consideration if there are any mobility concerns. My parents are troupers so we did it but we planned our trips up/down to keep them to a minimum. Loved to hear the church bells ringing on Sunday morning!

While this was a short stay, my partner and I absolutely loved this Airbnb, and Kathryn was a truly amazing host. I highly recommend looking at the location of the home before arriving, which really helped us find the driveway. The Airbnb was clean, smelled good, and had everything we needed. The cherry on top was the lovely little creek running behind the Airbnb which you could hear even when the windows were closed.

The cabin was lovely and exactly as described. It was stocked with everything we needed including plenty of toilet paper, soap, trash bags, towels, etc. The games in the basement helped to keep the kids entertained. Mariou was responsive and helpful, including when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay one night. We would love to stay there again.

We visit Harrisburg every year to gather with family at my brothers house. In past years w would stay at hotels but now we are needing 3 bedrooms and decided to try an airbnb 10 min from my brothers house. Johns place was perfect for us having 3 BR and 2 baths. The house is spacious and wooded with a beautiful deck and a big open living room kitchen area. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a washer dryer. The neighborhood is nice for walking. Theres a pond nearby where we saw a baby turtle. Lots of flowering bulbs and trees everywhere. Lots of deer. We styed 3 nights and it worked out very well for us. The only thing I dont recommend is drinking the tap water which is hard and metallic taste. The filtered water from the fridge is better.

Raystown Retreat - Spacious Luxury Family Cabin

The home was beautiful and clean. It was a short drive to town for supplies and to the lake for some fresh air. Our family loved the space to spread out for sleeping. Beds and bedding were so comfortable and the wooded setting was dark and peaceful, all of which made for restful sleep. The kids loved the game space in the basement- playing ping pong, air hockey, and on the PSII. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped for making family meals and the large dining table allowed for the 10 of us to eat together. All of this, plus we were able to enjoy all of this with our 2 dogs. Ellen was responsive to a couple of questions and needs, as well as understanding when an item was accidentally broken. The only concern was some additional rules that were not on the original listing, but were messaged a few weeks before our reservation.

Susan’s place was absolutely wonderful. I’ve always dreamed of staying somewhere peaceful and secluded—and this cabin delivered exactly that. The view was spectacular, and even though the weather wasn’t fully on our side (a mix of rain and strong winds during our two-day stay), the beauty and serenity of the place still made it a memorable trip for my daughter and me. What truly stood out was how accurate the listing was—what you see is exactly what you get. As someone who’s stayed in several Airbnbs, I really appreciated that there were no surprises. nice cabin in the woods. you can see the neighbors, but they weren't that close. everything was clean. enjoyed our visit. would have been even better if it wasn't cold and rainy outside, but hot tub helped with that.
