Huge 4BD Historic Detroit Home

A beautiful homes. This is a 4 bd, 4 bath historic home in one of the most beautiful, one of a kind neighborhoods. Unfortunately not for events, or parties larger than 8 people. Woodbridge is in Midtown, and a mile from Detroit's finest sights, art, and stadiums. We have been in Greece for a few years. We started the journey to lend a hand during the Syrian refugee crisis, and found it also to be a wonderful place to raise our boys. You are helping make this happen, and we are grateful!

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.

This is a 50's style sunny duplex, 1.3 mile to the Big House . A full kitchen for those who love to cook. The large private deck with a patio table is perfect for relaxing. Within a 10 minute walk there are a variety of restaurants. There are two desks- one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room, pulls out to give you a lot of space. The house is steps from a convenience store, about one mile to Main St. downtown and less than 3/4 of a mile to all the shops, Kroger's and Zingerman's Roadhouse at Jackson and Stadium Blvd. There is parking on site for a small car in the garage and two cars in tandem on the driveway. My wife and I have stayed in AirBnB's in Ann Arbor four different times while visiting our son at the University of Michigan. Staying at Valerie's was easily our favorite! My wife and I are both remote workers, and the space had two desks in separate rooms, which fit our needs perfectly. It was only a 20-minute walk to downtown Ann Arbor or the Stadium. Valerie proactively communicated and periodically checked in on us to ensure everything went smoothly during our visit. She even left us a handwritten welcome note and some cookies, a very classy move. We'll definitely be looking to book again on our next trip to Ann Arbor!

I had an excellent stay at Jennifer’s place in Birmingham, MI. Quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient location just a few blocks from downtown and a beautiful park just around the corner. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a simple, safe and spotless place to stay. Check in was easy, street parking was free on the weekend, and Jennifer answered all my questions quickly and courteously.

Kathy’s place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 month stay! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and it’s located near so many yummy restaurants and fun downtown attractions. Kathy was always very responsive whenever we reached out to her and always made sure we were taken care of. We would love to stay here if we ever travel to the area again!

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

We were visiting family in Ann Arbor and we had a great, cozy stay at Davy's. The space was just what we needed. We had enough space for our things and to move around. The heat was cozy and we could self adjust for warming up and for turning it down to sleep. The shower was hot with plenty of water pressure. Everything was clean and the mattress was firm and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
