The house is located in the most alluring part of Dahab, less than 100 meters from the sea and only slightly further from the iconic Assala square. It's close to all the amenities, 10 minutes walking from the Lighthouse. Besides, it's a very quiet area. Inside it's simple and comfy. There is also a porch where you can hang your wetsuit and towel (make sure that the wetsuit is beyond cats' reach). Communication with Souzan is quite exceptional. She immediately answered all my messages sent at random times.

LOVED THE SEA BEACH FLAT😊🥰🇸🇾 Here's Why..! 1. Great host, always on hand if you need, very thoughtful to his guests. Had a few essential ready for the day we arrived. He was around for check in to give us handy tips for the local area. 2. The pool and gardens were easily accessible and cleaned daily by the site management and helpful staff. 3. All the utilities were in good condition and all in working order the water cooler and hot tap was invaluable during our stay, AC's in all the rooms. The kitchenette was fully stocked will all pots and pans for daily needs. 4. Extra linen, iron and hair dryer available and the beds were comfortable to sleep on, one super King and two double in second bedroom lots of cuboard storage. 5. Location for perfect, with beach access and It was on the main road with easy access to local shops wether walking or if you required transport to venture out. Very nice and cosy house on a perfect location with a spectacular view on the top floor. The private beach and the friendly cats and dogs hanging around make it even more complete.

Five stars doesn’t even begin to describe Mr. Waleed and his place. Him and his place deserves a 6 out of 5. Mr. Waleed is very welcoming and he has everything that you need. He was there to check us in and to make sure everything was okay. He’s the perfect host. The pictures doesn’t do the place justice as it was recently renovated. The beach was great but I recommend wearing water shoes and make sure you tell them you’re staying at Mr. Waleed’s place so they don’t charge you. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lazy mornings by the open bedroom window right by the sea were one of my favourite times during our stay. The beach is literally in front of the apartment and we spent many afternoons snorkeling along the beautiful Eel Garden reef. The apartment is tasteful and comfortable. Alexandra and Wael were really helpful. We needed a fan for the living room because of the heat and they sorted that out quickly, as well as being flexible with check-out time. We’d love to come again.

The villa was amazing, everything was impeccable May is a great hostess and Hanna was very much helpful with all the details. It certainly will not be the last time to rent it again.

We lived our best lives at Peno and Victorias place! I must start with the roof terrace as this was absolutely spectacular and where we started and ended each day. The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful area of Dahab away from the tourist zone, yet super walkable with a number of very cute cafes and restaurants just a few minutes away, including one right beside the property with a cute coworking space. Peno was super responsive and friendly, ensuring that we had the best possible stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. To know this place is to love it. We will absolutely be staying here again :) such a unique gem!

This villa was hands down my favorite Airbnb of the year! Mohamed, the housekeeper, was absolutely incredible—truly the best I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to make our vacation so much better, and we can confidently say we’ll never think of Sharm without staying at a property managed by him. The villa looked exactly like the pictures—stunning, clean, and well-maintained. Everything about our stay was a perfect 10/10. I had an amazing time staying at Magdy's house in Somabay. First of all, Magdy is a fantastic host. Egyptian hospitality at its best. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the most pleasant stay possible. Helping us get comfortable with appliances and ameneties in the house and around the area, finding local restaurants, and even helped us make an itineary for a 2d trip to Cairo. Way above our expectations for an Airbnb host – and I've been travelling the world. The area is a hidden gem for any family or group of friends wanting to enjoy life, sports, and pleasant surroundings. There are tons of activities in the Somabay area for anyone to enjoy, and if you want to experience the Egyptian culture and their ancient relics, Luxor is only a mini-bus ride away. And the villa. Just look at the pictures. They say it all. It's super comfortable, safe and luxurios. Top notch. All in all – I'll be back!

Villa Alisra was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. the sunrise is breathtaking, the beach was great for snorkeling with lots of fish and colorful corals. The house itself felt luxurious and was very clean. Management by Mr. Diaa and villa keeper Mr Fahd were great to interact with amd helped us with all our needs. Ahmed is a golden guy, always available and responsive both through chat and live. At any request, in an exciting way, you were always happy with it. I 100% recommend this property because as a location it is located in a quiet area not in the city center. Sea with lounger or lounge chairs 5 meters from the room. ATM facilities and similar for currency exchange 10 meters from the property. Ahmed will also be able to recommend excursions with a cheap price compared to an agency.
