View of Magen’s Bay Beach

The apartment is very close to a private beach below. The community is private which has now turn into a gated community. If you love jogging since the traffic is not high the area has jogging or walking. Transportation is needed. President Clinton stayed in this area villa just below. I am retired and I enjoy hosting also I am easy to get along with. There are beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and beach towels available for your use.

Filled with lots of local flavor

Fun, convenience, and beauty all rolled into this cozy apartment. Just a few minutes drive to/from the airport. You can walk to Frenchtown in 10-15 minutes and the Waterfront in 15-20 minutes. Beautiful view of the island, lots of space inside and out makes this a great home away from home. If you're looking for a true island experience, this is the place for you!

Me and a couple of friends stayed here from March 16-20. Karleen was very clear in her instructions for check in, with great recommendations for restaurants, and things to do in the USVI. She was very kind to us and let us know everything we needed. We didn’t have a car/jeep to get around so we used taxis or walked instead. The taxis can drop you off at the Airbnb, we recommend Best Taxi. The area surrounding it looked somewhat skeptical at first, but we encountered no problems walking around anywhere. The only thing we would not recommend is walking at night. An app we found useful for our stay was Cari, very similar to Uber, which will also take you around the island and may be cheaper than taxis. Thank you Karleen, for a wonderful stay, we enjoyed every moment of it!

Views were very nice. Apparently it is 125 feet above the ocean below which helps your view. Quick 1/2 mile drive to RedHook. Shorter than that to Secret Harbor Beach. BTW there is additional parking for Secret Harbor up behind the tennis court, but first drop off passengers below. Easy snorkeling there off to the right around the rocks. Bed was comfortable. The place was kept up with maintenance and clean as well. The Beach Buzz cafe at Sapphire Beach had good Jamaican coffee or Lattes to get you started. Sun & Sea bar at Point Pleasant had a nice menu with pretty views and Tarpon Fish to see from the patio. Ferry to St Johns is close but parking got full for us. You might want to take car over for $60 or you'll pay for both parking and passenger ferry tickets, then additional taxi rides on STJ. We did go out to Cinnamon Beach and I think that is relatively simple to drive, but beyond that or to south beaches I cannot vouch for. Again the place was very nice, we had no complaints.

Apart from the hill, this was an exceptional place. Everything needed for a day at the beach was there and it was fantastic. We walked the hill a couple times and grabbed taxis the rest of the trips. Good location and a fantastic view. Would stay again!

We loved every second of our stay! The accommodations were perfect and the view of the ocean was incredible. The resort was beautiful and very well kept. It was so fun to have all of the wildlife around us - there were countless iguanas! We really enjoyed the restaurant and market. We even scheduled an Oceanside massage (which we highly recommend)!

STOP SCROLLING AND BOOK JENA’S AIRBNB!! Fabulous host, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the location. Speaking of location the views every morning are amazing and you are close enough to Cruz Bay for convenience but peaceful at the same time. Parking available which is extremely helpful if you are renting a car while on the island. 10/10 recommend

This was our second time staying at John's place. The apartment is squeeky clean and has all of the necessities required for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is charming. We also love that lots of things are within walking distance and it's easy for taxi's to find if you need a ride somewhere. We would definitely stay again and recommend the location to family and friends.

We had a great visit at Mayling's place! It was very clean and comfortable and provided what we needed for a wonderful vacation. She reached out with check-in instructions prior to our arrival and all communication was easy & friendly. A big plus was being able to walk into Cruz Bay for dinner & shopping! We would be happy to stay again.

We had a great stay in the apartment, it's spacious and clean. Chirag welcomed us with refreshing drinks. There was everything we needed and even more: water dispenser, dishwasher, two beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. The Wifi was good and we never had power shortage thanks to solar panels and Tesla battery. In the evenings we watched sunsets on the big terrace. To get there we recommend to rent a Jeep because the apartment is on the hill. The downtown is about 15 minutes walk and the nearest supermarket is 7 min walk.

Michael's place is absolutely fabulous! My family of four was very happy with our two night stay on our way home from St. John. Charming on the outside and very nicely updated and sapcuous on the inside. The little deck was a perfect spot to have my morning coffee. Our teens loved the little pool. The king bed was very comfortable. We loved the short walk into town. The kitchen was well appointed. Michael was very responsive to my inquiries and we appreciated his great recommendations for places to eat. Highly recommend!

Great location. Friendly and safe. Easy walk about one mile to town and several nice restaurants within a few blocks. Great view of town harbor and hills. Plenty of space. Basic kitchen needs. If you have mobility issues this is not for you. Lots of steps and no railing.
