Condo vacation rentals in Recife Metropolitan Area

Maria Augusta was very attentive, she answered us promptly. The flat is exactly as described by the host, beautifully decorated, cleaning grade 10, has everything the host needs. Regarding the high wall beach, without words is excellent, quiet place of calm sea, it looks like a swimming pool, hot water and lots of privacy. In relation to the Nui Condominium, beautiful and warm pools, very nice place. Our family loved it, we will be back for sure.

Luís's Flat is very nice. There was only one problem that made me very upset. Louis and the laundry staff are charging me a value for non-skin stains. The problem was already there. The people who stayed in the room unfortunately did not tell me so that I could take pictures and communicate to Luís. The bottom sheet was stained. But it was clean, so the staff didn't think it necessary to let me know. The laundry left another guest over and now they are trying to push me into this situation. Regrettable. I've never had that kind of problem. Prisoned for the care of other people's things. I invite responsible and trusted people when I rent. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me about this. Even the towels are accusing me of having stained. The evidence they have are of folded towels and the top sheet of the bed, which you can't see anything stain , of course. The problem with the sheet was the bottom and the folded towels cannot be seen such stains. Be careful, take as many photos as possible.

Mr. Roberto went from the beginning of the reservation until the very proactive check-out, easy and quick communication and with clear instructions, including videos for the use of the electronic door. The place is excellent with necessary kitchen items for those going to cook. Aém that, the 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very receptive and clear in the information provided. The house is very good, better in person than in the photos (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have a view of it. One single detail (for me and my guests) that was missing: Blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it ends up becoming a little inconvenient to always be woken up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early because of the light. Even so, 5 stars for the whole context.

The flat is great, we went on a holiday and still we didn't feel the condominium crowded, a pool that is in front of the apartment was practically exclusive to us. The hosts were always helpful, and the apartment was very clean. The region is quiet, has two good restaurants that can go on foot. Transportation to the center is easy by taxi or uber. The beach in front has the sea a little hectic, but the strip of sand is tasty for children.

We love the apartment, it has everything we need, very clean and well equipped. Facing the pool, which my kids loved! All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. The condominium is excellent, attentive staff and everything is very organized. Dayanne was always attentive and gave us all the support. I recommend it to everyone and when we return to Porto de Galinhas, we will definitely book again.

What I liked the most about it all was the question of the location and the services within the Resort. Wonderful food, we don't even have to worry, always asked for everything there, plus all great structure. We rented car and from there we went to Maceió in a super quiet way.

Impeccable location. Whenever I go to Recife I like to stay in this building because it is very central and easy to get around, in addition to the reception being 24 hours and the staff being helpful and polite. Silvia's property matches the photos, it was clean and organized, in addition to having amenities that make life much easier for those who will spend a short time and still want to make quick meals (sugar, salt, matches, mineral water). I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Adriana’s place! She’s super friendly and the place was perfect for us. The view of the beach was incredible - we could just look out the window and decide when to head to the natural pools. We’ll definitely be back!

Lilian is an excellent host and your property met our expectations. The sea in front of the condominium is beautiful, the sunrise is right from the exit from the condominium to the beach. the truth that we would have liked to be more, the apartment is nice, I went with two children and the two bathrooms are great. the comfortable beds and the smart TVs seemed great. but the best of all is the complex, the cleanliness of the complex is great, many amenities, the disyauno (payment) very good, the people and very friendly, and the beach seemed great, although the sea was a little brave the beach is beautiful and keep it clean, always with chairs and umbrellas, the restaurant prices are agreed, we will surely return, we like it very much!!!
