The room is spacious, facing the sea and on the floor that is not very high. The atmosphere is good, quiet, suitable for relaxation and travel. Fully equipped.

Amazing value with a stunning apartment, superb ameneties (like the HUGE pool), and welcoming hoasts make this a rare find. The welcome letter that runs through the basics of checking in and out was very practical. Small nice decorative details enhance the experiense further and sitting out on the giant balcony overlooking the ocean every evening is the icing on the cake. Staying here, one does not necessarely need a car as one can eat either at the Marriott (at an exessive premium but still) or at any of the close beach restuarants serving nice food at reasnoble prices. We did have our own vehicle and wander just a couple of minutes into the closest "town" and you'll be spoilt for choise at "proper" Thai joints where 3 people eat (including soft drinks) for 120-150 b. One of us usually drove out and brought back lunch and had a nice poolside lunch in the very tranquil and relexed surroundings. If one gets tired of Thai food one needs not to worry; either head 8 km to Mae Phim and eat at Buffalo Bills or if one is craving authentic Italian cooking head 5 km in the other direction and dine at fantastic Mr Polenta (be sure to reserve a table). Travelling with kids this makes for a super place as the two water slides where mighty fun. Thank you and BRAVO!!!

Located in Phupatara condominium complex, the room offers a panoramic beach view with a big balcony. Once the partition between living area and bedroom is opened, the room is actually very spacious. Standard amenities are included. 5 mins walk to a local restaurant is a big plus. Juit is very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in this room twice already. Definitely come back here again.

Although this accommodation is not quite by the sea. But I still like this accommodation very much. There is a room where my family can sit together. We can have activity ,talk to each other and eat together. There is kitchenware enough to make simple cooking. My family like the dinner and breakfast provided by the host. Thank you very much.

A superb location, right next to the Marriott Rayong, and on the Wang Kaew beach. Picture perfect surroundings. Great for a vacation with solitude. Pierre was fantastic with his communication, let us in himself and gave helpful instructions. A lovely stay indeed.

The house met expectations perfectly, close to the golf course (and a slide to other fields within a short drive). In the house with two bedrooms, living room and basic equipped kitchen (simple) , so it's suitable for two couples who are looking for an easy location near the club. The club is about 700 meters away and there is a restaurant. Other restaurants are a short drive away. Taxi rides are readily available, laundry services are functional, and affordable. The owner's local support was excellent, he responded quickly if there was anything we could sort out, very friendly. THANKS FOR EVERYONE!

Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

It was amazing, and the answer was no longer available. Pool right in front of you. For those who don't have a car, it's a good idea to have their way of transportation. He also arranged for the driver to be locally. The house was very pleasant to stay in. I don't have a rice cooker and cookware. You should check in advance if needed. Anyway, the host was super responsive. Thank you very much.😊

Lovely place, comfortable rooms. The highlight is the beautiful outdoor area, perfect for BBQs and evening drinks. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is great for adults and kids. A little far from the beach, shops and restaurants so you definitely need your own transport - we enjoyed driving around the coast and countryside a lot. All in all a great break, very easy from Bangkok.

I wanted to go to Pattaya, I didn't know the location and booked it, about 50km from Pattaya, but by chance it was a coincidence that we could go to the nearby beach and hi for a day. The beach here is better than Pattaya, because there are not so many tourists and I don't like the beach with so many people.There is a shopping mall around the house, there are many gas stations and 7-11 all the way, you need to prepare your own toiletries for check-in, I think this is correct, because it is environmentally friendly and hygienic.

Alexey,thanks for the hospitality. My two kids and I were very cozy and your apartment where we stayed for a month. Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

Very nice house with a great pool area and very clean water. It is very clean and tidy with superb amenities. Location is quiet and yet central about 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the nearest city we will be happy to come back

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Thanks to Monica and Bob, our hosts who are really friendly, kind, and very helpful.

This is a cosy and comfortable condo with fantastic sunrise and sunset views over the Gulf of Thailand. It was magical sitting on the balcony enjoying our evenings watching the colours change over the sea. There are a few local restaurants but I’d recommend having your own transport as it is beautiful, peaceful and quiet here but you may want to venture further for restaurants. Spending the days swimming, reading, playing board games, stand up paddling and cycling here is wonderful and we will be booking to come back soon. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped. The concierge staff at the condo are also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this as a getaway from city life. Pat's bunglow's are a wonderful place to rest and recharge in Thailand. I was here for a work requirement. Very clean and modern, everything you need for a pleasant stay in this beautiful environment. The very nice pool is an excellent addition to the experience. It is good to have a car or scooter to get around easily to the beach (or work) and shopping or just exploring the area. Pat is an excellent host, very attentive and helpful in every situation. She helped with getting to know the area (it was the first time for me), shopping, scooter rental, airport transportation, laundry and my many questions as a newcomer.
