Spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, located on large water front acreage with private boat ramp and protective cove on beautiful Lake Livingston perfect for kayaking and canoeing and boating and fishing a short boat ride to Goat Island where there are sandy beaches for excellent swimming. Property has beautiful shade trees perfect for outdoor activities we have volleyball, horseshoes, bean bag toss, tetherball, and washer toss. House has Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. There is so much history here, pretty good restaurants or you can just hang out under those big oak’s enjoy the breeze. This is also the home of the Stephan F Austin State University.
