I feel blessed to have stayed with Jyoti & Shyam at Kharwa Fort - this is an amazing Indian experience - not only real history but the most amazing food, conversation and hospitality all wrapped up in a magical historical fort. As a solo woman traveller, I felt not only safe but also had lots of time for meaningful conversation and interaction, and also time to rest, explore and more. Visits to Pushkar and the farm were lovely and much appreciated, and also interactions with local village women - particularly Laxhmi and Koushal - memories I will treasure. As someone that’s been to India 12 times, I not only highly recommend Kharwa Fort Home Stay here - I can say this will be your best authentic Indian experience. I loved every minute. Very good overall experience. about staff: super helpful. Manager called me ahead to check whereabouts and suggested a very good hotel HaldiGhat where we enjoyed a lot. upon arrival at very late hours, staff helped me with my luggage. about place: One of the only place which offered a place to rest and lodgings for our tired driver. It was indeed special facility which even we couldn't find in big hotels, where driver had to spend the night inside the car. Other than that, Room was large, with all basic things taken care of. Only thing is that accessibility is a little issue, as it is on a congested road. But place has ample space and private parking as well. Would recommend.

This was the most peaceful stay I’ve ever experienced. The host, Eshan and his family were really supportive and always available.

This is a fairly new resort and I was over the moon to fidn this place. I know pushakr very well as I come every year for work and this has been the best place i have stayed. it's 2km away from the constant hustle and bustle of pusbalr lake. a perfect oasis to chill and enjoy the pool and picturesque view of the surrounding mountains. unblocked sun rise and sunset views. the use of shipping containers as hotel rooms and the high level finish and cleanliness of this rooms is total value for money. Now india and food for me go hand in hand but this trip I ate most of meals at hotel the chef is a very good cook and puts his soul into seasoning and prepping fresh every meal. I truely think in a few years this place will be alot more expensive. The resort have no issue organising bikes amd taixs and any of your trips you may need and will save you the hassle of haggling and looking for the right company. A MUST BOOK! Will return and stay here for holi festival
